Do not bother getting food here at night. The workers seem to be on something. Food took forever to come out despite being the only car there. Definitely not ordering here again.

From my experience staff has been very friendly and the food is prepared fairly quickly. The food quality itself is about the same you would find at any other taco bell but the service was great.

The food was almost as bad as the service ,or lack there of . I walked into thus taco bell on N. Hills as soon as I walk in the door the 2 people near the front counter disappeared I was there to pick up my online order I waited 8 minutes watching the people joking around ignoring me I politely was asking the women a question she was 10 feet from counter talking to me I could not hear her she was very rude no customer service at all no acknowledgement when I first walked in I was simply asking about my order was very rude then the other employee is asking her what is going on and she is rolling her eyes with arms folded talking to him it took a 10 minute wait even though their were no customers in the store I waited a long time for my order I order hot sauce they put a label in my bag but did not see the hot sauce they told me I did not order it so I showed the women on my app I ordered it the food portions were small the food was cold like the service. I don't recommend thus taco bell at all I would get more emotions out of a robot
The worst taco bell ever. We go there maybe twice a year just to see if they got better since we live nearby. Nope. Got 2 burrito supremes and 1 taco supreme. They actually did get our order correct this time, but none of the 3 products had cheese on them. Literally none. The burritos were tiny and Not Good. $17.00 down the drain. I getting the feeling that the employees don't get the order right and/or make bad food on purpose, so those darn pesky customers will just go away already.

today me and my mother were deciding on a place to eat after my orthodontist appointment, and we came to taco bell on north hills blvd as a conclusion. keep in mind, everytime i go to tacobell it has been great. not this time. as we were ordering she almost got our order wrong so we corrected her in time. making it clear to put the cinnabon delights in the order. after re stating our whole order twice we thought she would get the cinnabon delights through her mind into the order. when we got our food and looked in the bag everything was just thrown in there and there was lettuce everywhere, excuse me maam what service is this? when we were driving out i was going through our trashed order bag i realized “hm where are my 12 cinnabon delights?” no, i wasnt missing some. i was missing them all. very dissapointing because i was looking forward to them. goodbye, and certainly goodbye to taco bell

Wouldn't even wast your time no one here even cares the kids play at the windo and when you order a simple number 11 they give you two crunchy tacos and when you drive home 15min away you realize that the dumb kids didn't even do your order correctly so you call and no one picks up which tells me management doesn't even care
