Not a good night for the drive thru guys. I orderd a #6 and paid the up-charge to sub steak for the chicken in the chalupas. Only to get home and realize I was robbed. Opened my food to find a whole three pieces of meat. All lettuce, sour cream and a laughably small amount of cheese. I do not recommend this drive thru. Better Taco Bell options in town.

On 8-15-25 We decided to get a quick dinner. Went through drive through and with no veh behind us thought we didn't need to rush. After about 3 min We were told we had 1 min left. I thought 1 min was up so I backed out of the drive through. The employees in the drive through were Very rude and totally unprofessional. Yes it was fast food,but I thought the customer always came 1st. In this case I was wrong. We will never stop and eat there again.

Rudest most unprofessional food establishment I’ve ever been to in my life. Disrespectful workers. The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. And when I called to make a complaint after waiting 15 minutes in line to not receive half of my $60 order I was yelled at and hung up on because he didn’t like that I was complaining. God forbid I try to feed my family and don’t receive half of my order I want to make a complaint.

Probably the worst experience i have ever had, I ordered in the drive thru, crunch wrap supreme, burrito supreme, 2 Mexican pizzas, and nacho fries. The crunch wrap was soggy and smashed, and burrito supreme was like half the size and clearly old, the two Mexican pizzas had remnants of cheese, even though I clearly asked for no cheese due to an allergy, and the fries were cold and soggy. This entire staff needs to be removed, they clearly do not care about quality after hours. I drove back and returned the entire order..
Dine in customers are ignored here. The place wasn't busy at all, yet the employees made zero effort to address that a kiosk order had been placed. Tedious to order via kiosk, yet it's required. After I sent the order, I waited and waited to pay in cash at the counter. Nobody showed. Not even a "We'll be right with you" from the employee standing near the drive through window who merely glanced at me. No cars in the drive through, I noted. Ignoring a customer when I was the only customer there!?! The music was terrible to boot. I left, and will never return.

This is gotta be one of the worst taco bells I’ve been. I really wish i could say differently but every time i go here they have forgotten one of my orders. Every. Single. Time. After finding out i am missing order from the drive-thro i go inside and get ignored for about half an hour and not a single employee looks at you or confronts you. They all look like they hate there job. I can’t imagine how many people this place has scammed with not receiving there correct order.
