Today, on 11/16 at 3:00PM me and my grandfather went here for dinner after my school day was over. the drive thru was mildly filled, normal for any fast food place on a Thursday. we walked inside and ordered on the screen panel. I ordered the nachos that have all the stuff on them — i removed the tomato and added potatoes and lettuce — then i got the fiesta potatoes as a side and a freeze drink in a regular size. We payed in cash at the counter. the man taking the money gave us our change and asked if I ordered a drink, i said yes because i did, he picked up a cup and held it out which i corrected by saying it was one that couldn't be made at the fountain. he apologized and put the cup back and went to make my drink. he came back and gave me a small freeze drink. im not one to complain or mention when a mistake is made so i shrugged it off since my food would be good, right? it came out around two minutes later by first being put with the drive thru orders then corrected by being handed out to us. we looked in the bag and my nachos looked like some chips and lettuce, while my potatoes had cheese closed all inside the lid and over the area you use to open the plastic. we got in the car without a fuss and i took out my nachos to inspect them closer, there looked to be no cheese, and no bean or beef. when i shook the nacho container is shaked much more than it should've, there was no sound of anything. when i got home, i opened the nachos and inspected even more, still no cheese but what looked like maybe two tablespoons of the beef. since there was no cheese i added the fiesta potatoes which also had around a tablespoon of cheese, which is more understandable for those. but as i ate and ate, when i finished my meal there was no cheese from the nachos. in all my drink was downsized, my potatoes were sloppy, and my nachos were just chips, potato and lettuce. it had never been that bad before, the nachos are my go to meal here, today i even considered adding some guacamole, but i doubt it would have been added either way.

Ordered chips and cheese, and the cup wasn't even 1/4 full. Ridiculous, especially for the price. There was barely enough cheese to dip three of the chips. Chips were tasty and properly salted. Staff was friendly though.

This Taco Bell is patheticI have been in there 3 times they have gotten my order wrong the 3 times I have been the service sucks and you really need to hire new management . There is young kids “working in there no gloves no hair nets they stand around and play on their cell phones there is another chick that really screwed my order up on purpose they seem I was upset and they took advantage of me and it is wrong I will be calling your corporate store ! Last but not least the place is filthy. I wouldn’t feed my dog there.The food was cold and ruined by the maker I know she did it on purpose and the manager was behind her. His name is Pablo.

The absolute nastiest experience at my Fav taco chain LoL They actually shake the fries in a dirty plastic container then place it over on the dishwashing sink board and serve them from there.every table dirty food cold order not complete the young lady with red hair atrocious attitude. If you stop here you might as well throw your _$ out the window while your driving.

They advertise breakfast till 11 and are always out I went the other day said wait 20 minutes for eggs how is that even possible come back 25 mins later and they say there out of sausage now whoever runs is doing a poor job the staff is cool though so two stars instead of 1
