Went through the drive through tonight and I had a pleasant experience. My order was taken promptly, the employees working were upbeat and friendly, I didn’t have to wait too long to collect my order and my food was fresh and tasted great
Went through the drive thru. It seems the employees have more fun here then other fast food places. Most are always smiling and joking around. As for the food, not the best. Done to much changing-tweaking to the menu. Maybe once they settle on a set menu the food will get better. At least I hope so I miss the days when Taco Bell didn't send me to the restroom immediately after eating it.
Taco Bell needs to remember that not everyone is wise to having to use a kiosk to order. I was at a local taco bell with a good friend and not only did we have to have a employee show/ place our order on the kiosk ( we don't know how to use them) but I literally seen 3 potential customers walk out because they had to use the kiosk instead of a employee being personable, polite and physically taking their order over the counter. I understand that times and difficult along...
