Well, I did a little experiment. I've gone for 5 days strait, starting on Friday to today. (Tuesday) out of the 5x... they have not got mynorder right, one single time. Either an ingredient is always missing, or they give me the wrong kind. (Like Crunchy taco supreme is what I'd order, and get a Chalupa or a Quesadilla. Or order beef and get chicken.) Not a single time have I actually got everything I ordered and or wanted. The staff are friendly though. They are always smiling and just so no one is jumping down their throat every time. They did get my order wrong. I did not go and complain. I just ate whatever they gave me. Cause the food even though it's not what I wanted or sometimes not what I ordered completely, is still yummy. But one time a while ago I did complain. And not only did they fix my meal, but they gave me a gift certificate for ten dollars. The staff does do everything they can. And that store, in particular, is often over rushed. Overwhelmed and way understaffed.

I go all the time and I continuously get the wrong order. I always get the cantina chicken quesadilla with NO chipotle sauce and the never get it right. It pisses me off

I order doordash from this taco bell at minimum once a week, for the past 6 months, every single time, my order has been wrong. Does anyone actually read the orders? I always order no tomatoes or sour cream and every single time is got tomatoes and sour cream on it. What is the point of offering the option if you're not going to read the damn order and make it correctly? I'm done with this place.

They are overcharging on multiple items. Price on menu doesn’t match up with receipt. Mentioned it at window and they didn’t even offer to correct the problem after they overcharged me and I showed them the receipt.

The employees here are super nice and polite. The food is your standard taco bell fare so it’s as good as you are hungry.

I’m getting a little irritated with this location. It’s right around the corner from my house & I come here at least twice a week. My meal has gone from $12-$19 over the course of six months with no change in quality. I have multiple times had my nacho cheese, red sauce, chips or chipotle melt missing out of my bag in those 6 months. I think the kids that work there have a really good attitudes and I appreciate them but it is very frustrating. Spending this much money on a meal for one person and getting all the way home and missing an ingredient or having been charged an extra $.80 for a side of sauce and having it barely full in the side container, is frustrating at this point. Three or four weeks ago I came through the drive-through before 9 o’clock and they had no ground beef left, which is a majority of their menu. I don’t leave reviews very often, but this is legit getting irritating for locals that frequent this Taco Bell. This is a small town and there’s not much open after 9pm.12/29 - most recent pics show the consistency of my one & only comment about this location. This may seem silly but when you get charged almost $1 extra for a side of sauce even when you’re already for paying EXTRA for it IN the burrito, it gets frustrating. This is where I live so I have no choice but to go here on my way home. If I have time to go else where tho, I do. The amount of times I’ve had things missing out of my order is extremely frustrating. Especially when you spend a lot of money there each week.

I really love this place. I was calling all the way from a different state to order catering. I ordered a Double Triple Bossy Deluxe on a raft, four by four, animal-style, extra shingles with a shimmy and a squeeze, light axle grease, make it cry, burn it, and let it swim, with cool whip on top. Even though they were out of ed’s secret sauce they let me get fresh chum on the side. Your stupid if you dont eat here. I highly recommend.

Seems taco bell is competing to see how bad their restaurants can get.If you like getting worse quality ingredients, worse ingredient portions, mistakes on most items in the order, long waits in drive thru lines, and apathetic employees; taco bell is for you!—————-—Still slow garbage and focus on drive thru waaaay too much.
