Wow. Haven’t been to a Taco Bell in almost a decade and boy did it disappoint. Also trying to sell my wife on it who has never had Taco Bell. I don’t know how to explain how terrible everything about the food and ordering process was. I think del taco only going forward.

They gave me my food with cold tortillas. They never warmed them up, and I called them and they laughed about it.
wish i could give less than one star. waited 45 minutes for my food inside. then checked and they forgot food… no reason it should’ve taken an hour and 15 minutes waiting for my food. ridiculous.

Ordered 4 things and then got home two see they forgot two of the tacos I paid for, I should have looked in the bag before I left but honestly they should only hand the order to you if it’s actually done. Disappointing. There are practically no good Taco Bell’s in Reno anymore which is a shame because the food I did receive was good.
