I'm a taco snob and this is my absolute favorite place. The pastor is incredible, but the fish taco is unlike anything I've ever had. Simple, friendly, family business with delicious food. Be patient it's not fast food, but it is faster than a typical restaurant. The tacos are not cheap, but they are worth every penny. This little whole in the wall is popular among locals. It is hidden in an alley off Cheney Street in a small kitchen. Family run, they serve traditional street tacos that are absolutely loaded. The cheeseburger tacos sound odd, but will blow your mind. They are fantastic. Authentic street tacos, very tasty, and reasonably priced. The seating leaves a little to be desired as you are just sitting in an alley on cheap patio furniture, but the food is well worth it.

Everything they make is fantastic, especially the cheeseburger tacos. I always get the fish tacos, but with chicken instead of the fish and its perfect. Super flavorful food, great service, and cool little outdoor seating area.

The couple who make the food are really sweet. I got two fish tacos & one cauliflower veggie tacos. Both of them were delicious. Hands down, the best Mexican food I’ve had in Reno so far.Downside is that you have to sit inside a tent. This place is cheap and a hole in the wall so if you want good ambience, go elsewhere. But if you just want delicious Mexican food at affordable prices, look no further.Vegetarian options: Cauliflower tacos

Excellent guacamole. Burger taco okay. But so silly that you must buy at least two tacos but they can’t be different. We almost walked out.

$17 and change for 4 very underwhelming street tacos.

Hands down the best tacos ive had in Reno. It's definitely worth looking for in the small alley, very small place.took a while to get my order done as they make them one at a time but worth the wait. Had the fish tacos and carnitas will be back for more again

My wife and I have become addicted to their tacos. Now, for absolute clarity, if you're coming from somewhere like Los Angeles where Mexican food is overly abundant, these are still good tacos! But, for those locals, these are by far the best tacos in Reno, hands down! We love their tacos Al Pastor and Asada! So damn good! Don't forget to order the chips and guacamole, which is easily enough to share with someone else. Parking is really non existent, but you can park on the surrounding streets pretty easily.

What a great place! Exactly the type of winning spot in Reno. It is tucked away right behind Death and Taxes but it is worth hunting down. The food is great, the prices are great and really you won't be disappointed. I have a rather picky toddler and even she wanted to eat the food.We tried a bunch of different tacos including the cheeseburger ones which I feel like I could have eaten 20 of with ease. Simple and easy ordering at a counter and you'll get your food handed to you from the side window/door. It smelled amazing on the drive home and we busted into it so quickly. There are some tables and chairs there as well outside if you want to eat on-site. For sure you should go and parking obviously might be a little issue if you are driving there but if you are able to find a spot, it will be a great place to eat before exploring midtown.

Bomb tacos in midtown. Get a beer at pinion. Or 3... And follow it up with a six pack of chicken tacos. You won't be disappointed. Place is hidden in an alley , like all good things ?
