Bad service with the waiters, takes 1 hrs to bring your food. The food was good.so, it was worth the wait.

I had the worst service at this place. They dropped off my greasy tacos after 45 minutes. My ceviche tostada was good but no napkins or utensils. I had to get some from the bartender because the server was nowhere to be found. I went to the restroom, no soap. Asked for my check and waited another 20 minutes. Definitely first and last time here.

Just went in to place a To Go order and the people acted like it was too much to help.
Three ladies at the register were short with their answers as if it was a bother. One lady who gave us our order was at least nice. Go next door to the tamale place; she was friendly and sweet.

Paid for my tacos, but there are way more Mexican restaurants with better atmosphere and service.
Two times in one- first and last.

Not coming back here. Food taste like crap. Menudo, minus would of ordered a plate of bones cuz that's all I got, slimy bones, yuk. Waitresses are rude. Even the micheladas are no good. Imagine that.....

The problem with this place is that the service is unfortunately very bad. They take a long time to serve you, if you're lucky, they ask you for your order and if you ask for more time, they don't come back soon, it can take a long time for them to come back to see if you're ready. The food is not bad, but the service is the worst there is. I have been there on different occasions and different years in the last 4 years and the customer service continues to be very terrible.

Very bad experience we came for lunch and we brought our own coffee and they didn't let us be inside so we had to take out the coffee

I order through DoorDash twice and the tortillas are always missing. I think you should call first to confirm that they have your order and that you don't need anything in the order.

A rubbish place, they made me wait an hour and they didn't give me food. If they don't know how to serve people, please close it.

We went to eat and they sat us down, they brought us some chips, they played 4 songs from a live group they had and they never asked us if we wanted something to drink or to take our order, my wife said let's go, they won't serve us, the waitresses were more worried about clean what to serve customers.

if I'm craving Mexican food i only order from Taco Jalisco, i have tried all the other Mexican restaurants in town and nothing else compares. They have great tasting food. I have ordered from them over 6 times, I'm never disappointed.

Taco Jalisco on Moana has the best taco plate, the beans & rice are very authentic, the taco's are so delicious. I got the steak taco's the presentation of their plate was amazing. I have tried other Mexican restaurants in town and they don't compare.
