The food is decent but the place looks heavily understaffed for the customers that come in. I got seated at a table before other parties and still didn’t get to place my order before the later parties. Even after the order, had to wait another 40-45 mins to get food. Experience can massively improve if they just improve on their customer service.

We ordered the curry pot and the Taiwanese pot, and both were good. A little lacking in meat and a bit too much on the other filler stuff that started to taste the same, but not at all bad for the price. It was also a really great addition to the cuisines in Reno, so just happy we have this here. It was also nice having the ongoing flames under the pots that kept our food and soup hot all throughout. The place was airy, clean, and modern, and the service was fast and efficient.

Told them my bf has gluten allergy. They said they will take out anything that has gluten in there but at the end they still put in stuff with gluten and my bf got very sick that night and the next day. If they can’t accommodate they should have just told us instead of pretending to care
One of the few places in Reno you can get good Takoyaki and they had an amazing seafood pot. The service was very quick and didn’t have to wait long for my food to come out, they were also very friendly and helpful.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Owner is so friendly and nice, the service is always amazing. We were seated fast, our food came fast, and our water was never empty!
We got the basil popcorn chicken to start, but the hot pot was where they really shined. The broth is always good and flavorful, they put a TON of meat and other stuff. We got extra quail eggs and beef slices (that we didn’t even use ha). Also look at all that extra meat for only 6 dollars?!?
Super good place if you want a nice filling meal! Tho we didn’t get it this time, we recommend the szechuan hot pot. Can you tell this is one of our favorite places??

The service decor etc was fine, but I'm 99% sure the cheap clams in my hot pot gave me food poisoning.
YMMV, my wife did not get sick (But also did not eat clams) but it was the sickest I've ben in a decade at least.
