Skinny girl, glasses, curly hair who has two moles on her face is straight up rude. I don’t know if she wants to act tough because we are the same age or what but she didn’t even greet me but greeted every other person who walked in. When she took the order she didn’t even ask what can I get for you , she just stood there quiet staring at me. Then even though I ordered one drink she served everyone else who came after me before a different guy handed me my drink. The guy I have seen before who is always polite but this girl is just rude and needs a reality check.

This is the 3rd time this happens to me where my drink is made wrong. I ordered a hot drink wasn’t hot and ordered it with boba, no boba. It’s such an inconvenience to go back to ask for boba. Didn’t get a new drink the teaspoon worker just took my drink and added boba with an attitude. As she did that the side of my drink was dripping with boba, asked if I could get another cup. Ended up taking my drink like that because she just couldn’t find the cups and was taking forever. Do better please.

Extremely rude and unprofessional employee. Girl working at the counter on her phone acted as if it was inconvenient that we were there ordering and she had to help us. Will tell anyone I know who wants to try this place to avoid it at all costs, they are unwelcoming, condescending and obviously don’t like people coming in to their shop for them to actually put their phones down and work.

This was my first time trying their boba milk tea. I got the Strawberry Swirl for me and my kids with the honey boba. I usually dont get too many sugary drinks, but this was a delicious sweet treat!(You can also substitute regular milk for oat)

I decided to get some boba from Teaspoon since it has been a while since I have ordered from them since their opening. I went on Wednesday around 1:30pm and they were not very busy so I was able to quickly order my drink and they started to make it right then. It took me no more than 10 minutes for 2 drinks. I love how it looks very bright inside the store and there is a small area for seating.l ordered the Matcha Royale and Golden Brew both with boba. I got regular ice, whole milk, and 100% sweetness on both drinks. The Matcha Royale was good with the matcha flavor and not too sweet. The Golden Brew tasted like an ice coffee. Also not too sweet, but also not too bitter. However, the boba in both drinks were hard in the middle like it was not cooked long enough. Usually boba does go hard after a certain amount of hours, but the boba I got was already a little hard and within 2 hours the boba got completely hard and did not take taste good another.Overall, the drinks were good, I just wished the boba was as well.
