Love love love the chicken teriyaki bowl!! 🤤 I decided to get the large since I don't live close by and rarely get over to Reno and I was seriously impressed with the humongous portions, I couldn't finish it all in one sitting. Glad I got extra teriyaki sauce on the side because that stuff is delicious 😋! I also got a side of their edamame which was perfectly cooked and salty, I'll be hoping to make it back over to Reno soon so I can get another bowl! 5/5, must try!! Super friendly employees as well, I ordered curbside and was very pleased with the speed in which the food was brought out, right on time.

This location has extremely gone down hill. I use to come here 2-3 times per week for lunch. After today, I will make less visit due to the quality and how the chicken was made. I rather eat sand if the chicken is alway dried.

While I was inclined to provide a more favorable review, the food quality was satisfactory, not exceptional. However, the portion sizes were commendable, offering good value despite the pricing. The service was adequate, without any distinguishing features. The ambiance was arguably the most positive aspect of the establishment. Overall, the experience was acceptable, but not outstanding.

The teriyaki chicken with the yokisoba noodles is so delicious! Add extra teriyaki sauce and oh my gosh! I of course love mine with the vegetables and I pour lots of teriyaki sauce on those too-it's so good! If you haven't tried it yet you're missing out! I don't like the steak as much as the chicken, trust me, you'll agree 😉 I love that they put bottles of sauce at every table-it's so delicious 😋

I was looking forward to this place. The pot stickers and crab rangoons were cold, we also got a two protein bowl and it was mainly rice with a few veggies and maybe 5 small pieces of orange chicken, the egg rolls had no filling and the egg rolls were burnt. To top it off it tasted like old bad oil that the food was cooked in. For how expensive it all was I was extremely disappointed!
I usually don’t eat at chains, but I have recently ate several times here, and I love it. I always get the spicy chicken teriyaki…delicious!! Great flavor, huge portions (finally not being stingy like literally everywhere else) super fast, friendly service and clean. I will definitely be back and highly recommend! Thank you Teriyaki madnesss

I was so excited to try this food on my lunch break, but when I got my Chicken Katsu, it was burnt, thin and hard like jerky! Like these meat pieces were like rock hard you could knock it on the table! It was so hard to eat, since it was crunchy and chewy. I was only able to force myself to eat a couple bites... I was so disappointed, I ended up just giving the food to my dog when I got home. Really expected better from the photos I saw online... seeing that it was burnt, I am really surprised they even tried to pass it for a decent meal to serve to anyone.
