This is my first time going to teriyaki madness. I was really impressed! The staff was so friendly. Everything is cooked right in front of you, made to order. You can be as healthy as you want. I ordered vegetables instead of rice with my chicken. They have other options besides chicken. The Veggies & chicken were really fresh. I'll be stopping back in again!

I have two favorite attributes of this location. The positive vibe and the people that serve up this awesome food. While the food is perfect its the holistic experience that makes it fun to dine in or pick up food to go. Efficient service by friendly people that care is so lost in today's service industry. Thank you for reminding us how fun it can be to do business with those that simply care.

My experience on 2/13 at 11:30 AM was a sad disappointment. I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl with fried rice and vegetables with a side of egg rolls. The chicken was dry and barely had any flavor. It makes me wonder how old it was. The egg rolls were limp, almost as if they'd been left under a heat lamp. They were mushy with no discernable chicken inside. I suspect the egg rolls are made ahead and frozen. The "fried" rice was a gloppy mess. It was tasteless to boot.On the plus side, the employees were extraordinary. They were courteous and helpful. The atmosphere was bright and friendly. I commend TM for the freshness and crispness of their broccoli.I had such high expectations for this chain. I don't know if they're still working out the bugs, but no restaurant should let such mediocre food be served. I love good Japanese cuisine. This isn't it.I'm still rooting for the chain. Surely they can outdo Panda Express. If I hear the food has improved, I'll be back. Until then...

Customer service was unbelievably sweet and informative by the owner(unfortunately didn't ask her name. And her son most definitely tried his darndest in helping)Food was fresh, flavorful, piping hot, and served quickly, I am just picky and would order extra meat for the JR. bowl; but there are so many options and sizes to mix, match, and choose from, it's great!Atmosphere is clean, welcoming, just on the small side for seating if they're busy for dine-ins.Pleasant experience and we'll definitely be back! =)
Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, so bluntly, I'm not the best person to ask, but from what I noticed, there are absolutely vegetarian options between the delicious veggies, rice, and noodles!
Parking: Parking right in front of the shop, and free spacious parking lot as well!
Kid-friendliness: Small, but clean & friendly teriyaki spot! Not a whole lot for kids specifically, but my two kids(ages 8 & 9) definitely enjoyed the food!

This is just what Reno needs. The main attraction is an array of teriyaki bowls filled with meat (chicken, steak, salmon, or tofu) in a variety of styles. They come with your choice of rice and veggies. It's a very nice touch that they have soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and Sriracha sauce on the table. To start, I had their chicken egg roll which comes with a sweet light sauce. I'm happy to share that there is plenty of meat in the egg roll and it's quite flavorful. See picture. For my entrée, I enjoyed the spicy chicken with fried rice and veggies. It was substantial, good quality, and well-crafted. I noticed there was plenty of egg in the fried rice which is a good sign. There was a lot of chicken and rice both, which I appreciate. There is a lot of flavor here and it seems to be due to high quality ingredients.I'm glad Teriyaki Madness is available now here in mid-town and I highly recommend it.One last thing: if you want dessert, there's a cute little cake store that has opened up right beside it.

I was able to steer my wife away from Texas Roadhouse, our usual "pre-Sierra Summit cinema dinner date" location to Teriyaki Madness and I am glad I did! When I first read about Teriyaki Madness, it reminded me of the teriyaki chicken bowl restaurants in my hometown growing up that I loved. Those places were had a very simple menu of grilled chicken, teriyaki sauce, and veggies served over rice. Teriyaki Madness does the same but to a whole other level with several protein options, more veggies, and more than just white rice to serve it all on. I ordered a spicy chicken bowl and my wife had the regular chicken teriyaki bowl. The spicy chicken was excellent, with the perfect amount of heat that kept me from reaching for any of the Sriracha sauce on the table. Veggies were perfectly cooked and still crispy. My wife's teriyaki chicken bowl was also delicious, with perfectly cooked chicken and veggies. There was even enough left over between the two of us for me to combine into one nice sized lunch bowl the next day. Service was very friendly and attentive, explaining the menu to us and checking on us throughout the meal. It look like we will have to start a rotation for our dinner date locations!
