My last visit was very dissatisfying. The person checking me out didn’t seem thrilled to be there. My food was missing the veggies I asked for. Then it seemed like a huge bother to them to give me sweet and sour sauce for ragoons to then only give me one. Typically the food here is amazing and when they first opened I had great expiriences. But the last 3 times I’ve came I’ve had similar issues and decided to put the word out there.

I don't usually review places but this place is top notch. Staff is super friendly and they take care of the little things like making sure you have napkins, cutlery, sauce, etc. The food is great, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Way better than similar restaurants because it seems like they make their food with love. Whenever I don't feel like cooking dinner this is one of my go to spots.

I order food for medical offices in town very frequently. I ordered from this location yesterday through the app for a group order of 13 ppl for today. I showed up a couple minutes early and not only was my food ready on time but it was perfectly packaged and had all the sauces and utensils in a box and ready. They even offered to carry it to my car! This never happens at other restaurants! Typically, orders aren’t correct and they are hardly ever on time! Not only was the service excellent but the food is good quality and flavorful! Very happy customer! I highly recommend Teriyaki Madness!!

I came in to get lunch and the manager was so disrespectful and reeked of marijuana. The food wasn’t very good and over priced. I’d much rather eat at Panda Express

Staff was polite. It was fast but once I got home, I had no meat in my two protein bowl so I spent $40 on my family‘s meal for half of it not to even be there. Needless to say I probably won’t be back.
Mots flavorless spicy chicken teriyaki I've ever had. Drowned in siracha and zero teriyaki. Plus a minimal portion size. Even panda does better

I just came in here to buy some lunch and they refused to let my husband use the bathroom!? He is a paying customer… he bought my lunch.. with his card.. yet he’s not allowed to use your restroom? Interesting take. Do better.
