Went on a Saturday night and it was so packed, had to wait 45 minutes.... When finally got our table, staff started their country dancing which give me some relax, food was great, and nothing expensive. . Definitely will go back real soon....

The bread is amazing 😍. The food is good, sometimes stake is not cook how u ask for it but I don't mind since I am not picky about my steak. My sister however, minds. The staff is friendly, it's usually busy especially on weekends so we were being rushed to leave soon after we stopped picking at our food. Other than that, I enjoyed my time.

To start our server was amazing… and her and the manager were very friendly. Unfortunately we asked for medium well and got rare steaks. Our order was also messed up when we got it and we fixed it amongst ourselves. I usually get upset when my spouse complains but this time I did not as he had reason and was very polite about it considering. We don’t give our food back because we don’t want to upset anybody so we came home and cooked it ourselves. I would say that the servers and cooks either need to be more organized or communicate better. Mac and cheese came out cold (forgot to do it loaded, then threw cold cheese and bacon on top of it)
I think the cooks in the back need to care about what they’re serving a little bit more. I wouldn’t be upset at all if I didn’t pay for an $80 meal. The manager was nice to give us a $10 discount. We may not be back but appreciate the kindness and upbeat attitude our server had. Ruby River is still #1.
