Had the worst meal I have ever had at Texas Roadhouse tonight. First, it took us about 20 minutes to get our drinks. We had finished our salads before we even got them. My wife’s salad was absolutely drowned in dressing, so she didn’t really even eat hers. My steak was ordered medium rare and came out basically seared. It was still cold in the middle. I sent it back and by the time it came back it was charred on the grill so much it tasted terrible. And my fries sat under the warmer the entire time they were ruining the meat. My kid ordered the chicken critters, not tenders. Contrary to what makes sense, the tenders are nuggets and the critters are tenders, and she ended up with the wrong one. (Nuggets)At the end of the night my steak was sent back, I left hungry, and all 3 of us left with a bad experience. It was most definitely not legendary.

Great service, great food! Lost a star on atmosphere. It's a bit loud for me because I have a hard time hearing when talking with the people at my table due to room noise.Kid-friendliness: My 6 year old granddaughter loved it!

Wow!! We checked into the online waiting list before we left the house. Got there and waited 10 minutes and were seated. Our waitress, Nicole, was phenomenal. She (and the restaurant) was super busy and was able to stay focused and attentive as if we were at her house.

Last night my wife and I had KIM (server with the wrist brace),and she was absulutely great, made us feel very comfortable, cared for and that she had a personal interest in our lives as she also shared a little about herself and her son. She got all the story points right on and overall fantastic service from her.The food was wonderful as always and came out surprisingly fast.My only main worry is the amount of people in the entry way and by the hostess stand where you have NO room to move either in or out of the restaurant. Covid did bring a lot of challenges including the take out business booming, but you definetly need a better waiting area for people since the corall is now only for take out. I beleive this poses sort of a safety and fire risk, which was especially a concern since my wife is 39 weeks pregnant.

Would be 5 stars, but didn't have Filet Mignon. It has Dallas Filets. Tastes like top-round to me and my husband. Ugh...but it was inexpensive.Too noisy, but that's their thing!Most patrons seem to enjoy it!
