If I could give this place a zero I totally would. Was not at all what I expected. Walked in excited for a fun experience and walked about 10 minutes later since not a single staff acknowledged or even walked up to our table. My cousin ordered a drink because he got there before us and for 15 minutes he watched the two bartenders talking behind the bar. Never even made his drink. We all walked out and will never come back. So sad because it’s such a great idea just seems staff didn’t care to work or make money which is so wild to me.

Best drinks in town. Awesome deserts and the best Comedy Reno has to offer every Wednesday night. Go Wednesday and Saturday to watch the best bartender in town at work.

This was my first time here. I really liked the selection of drinks and desserts they are creative and delicious. They even have comedy on certain days. The only downside is that the main bar area is cramped.

This place has some good recipes. Everything except the plain ice cream has some kind of alcohol in it. The gingerbread trifle is the bomb!!

I have tried contacting this business through email, social media and no reply to get a refund. I’ve been waiting for days for a reply even though I left my information at the bar and to make matters worse their phone doesn’t work!! If you ever go, don’t be pressured to pay your tab BEFORE you get your drinks because you will be skipped and waiting. Oh! And you’ll get charged an additional tip on your bill days later!

This place was over hyped on Instagram and the promotion was nothing like what I and my friend ran into on a Saturday. A hard sugar cookie with an ice cream scoop with an ice cube we found in it, and it was suppose to be crème brûlée and didn't even taste like that. It taste more like pumpkin spice ice cream with a basic hard sugar cookie ewww. This was absolutely disgusting, on top of that this was served on plastic plates. Also the decor of the inside was beat down and the music was low and not good at all and it was just a very dry experience. This was nothing like what the Instagram page displayed at all, we will never go back here. This place was a catfish. I would pass up on this, I wasted my money on this place and my time. Also the parking was horrible as well. The bartenders wasn't really inviting as well, not engaging and don't know how to work a crowd.

I saw this on Instagram and they must of had an amazing videographer as the place was not even close. It's small and kinda quaint but not nearly as nice as is portrayed. I claims to be the ONLY dessert bar in Reno and while that may be true it advertised amazing desserts and libations. They had 5 desserts on the menu, all premade not at all as decadent as it looked in the video and they were out of 2 of them. The bartender was working alone, he had no idea which desserts were available and although he did his best it was fully subpar. I ordered a spiked hot chocolate which as served in a water glass. It was so hot I couldn't hold the glass. So disappointing and we most likely will not be back.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this was very disappointing. My wife and I came after seeing it advertised on instagram and it looked amazing. We ordered the "Bombe alaska" the "gingerbread triffle" some sort of cranberry fizz drink and the smoked eggnog drink. The eggnog drink tasted like it may have had liquid smoke added and was so much bad alcohol that we couldn't get past one sip. The cranberry drink I was able to finish but it was very difficult as it basically tasted like watery alcohol with a touch of grapefruit peel literally the peel not even a nice sweet flavor. The desert was unfortunately even harder to stomach. The first bite of the Bombe Alaska I could taste the freezer it came out of. It was stale and had clearly been sitting for days, my wife didn't get more than one bite before giving up. The gingerbread triffle was so difficult to even attempt to eat due to the stale frosting layers that the plastic spoon could not get through and the inconvenient cup it came in and again the top layer of gingerbread was stale and tasted like licking the inside of a fridge. Once I lost half the gingerbread trying to dig out the stale frosting it wasn't so bad as the bottom layer was still somewhat soft from being better protected. All in all I feel it was unfortunately a waste of money and we were only able to consume maybe 10% of everything we ordered. The bartender was very nice though and I can say it was definitely no fault of his that the product was inedible.

Wanted to love this and expected a dessert-based experience. We were met with few dessert options, and two of the ice cream flavors we chose were not available. After making concessions to what was there, we were asked if we "wanted them all (three) in one container?" Um, no. Then we were served ice cream, but in four black clamshell to-go containers, and one of our chosen available flavors had been subbed out. We decided not to make an issue of it. There was one other table and it was 6:45 pm, so not busy. Really disappointed that this just seems like a fancier dive bar and could be so much more.

What a cute little bar! The bathroom is a must see, surprisingly. Its quirky, and beware the ceiling if you're tall. Their season drinks are absolutely delicious. Staff has always been kind and understanding and manages rushes well. I've come here twice for drinks with friends and once or twice for the Wednesday comedy nights. Would definitely recommend!

Came here last weekend for a drink with my fiance and mother-in-law. It was around 7 pm and it was pretty empty, but the tables looked like they weren't wiped down and were also sticky. We let this slide. The interior design is super cute and gives off a trendy homey vibe. Another problem we had was that the music was super loud. We had to raise our voices just to talk to each other. The drinks on the other hand were delicious. I had the Tom's Island and the bartender had a heavy hand so it was STRONG, but it was still a GREAT drink. My fiance had the Iced Caramel Macchiato and it also was strong. These drinks are so unique, delicious, and strong! I only needed one to get the buzz I wanted. 100% recommend

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I have watched the quality of service and menu items decrease over the last two years. Yesterday, I went to the Arch Society and grabbed a cookie and cocktail. The cookie was microwaved and all the frosting had melted off the cookie and stuck to the plate, and the cocktail tasted like slightly flavored water and was filled from top to bottom with crushed ice. It was literally only 4 sips worth of liquid. I left paying $17 for a microwaved cookie and flavored ice water. I am sad this place has been steadily going downhill since we moved here, because it has so much potential, and is walking distance from our house. My husband and I went here for the first anniversary we celebrated when we moved to Reno, and I am sad we likely won’t be returning because of the severe decline in quality.
