This place is an absolute joke. I stopped in planning to order drinks for my friends and I. Before even getting that far, I asked the bartender where the bathroom was and got hit with a rude, snappy comment instead of an answer.
When I asked why he talks to customers like that, he fired back asking if I had any “bar IQ.” Honestly, the question made me laugh because if “bar IQ” means acting like a jerk to paying customers, then congratulations, he’s the Einstein of bad hospitality.
Let’s be real, this guy might be the dumbest bartender I’ve ever met. And trust me, I’ve met a lot. I’m Marty McFly, I’ve been to bars in the past, the present, and the future. I’ve got more life experience and time travel mileage than this guy will ever have, and not once in any timeline have I seen service this clueless.
I walked out before ordering anything because if that’s how they treat customers, I can only imagine what’s in the drinks, probably disappointment with a splash of arrogance.
If you enjoy being insulted before you even order, this is your spot. Otherwise, save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else. Even Biff would run a better bar than this.

The rudest bartender I have ever met. I asked if they served Guinness and was immediately insulted and asked where I’m from. The bartender then berated my friend and I until we walked out. Avoid the stubby fruit, unless you are looking to beat the brakes of someone.

Great place to hang out play some pool and get some good drinks. Very friendly bar staff and great music. I will always recommend this place I hit it up every time I’m in Reno. The jolly rancher drink is amazing and the watermelon loco shot is a must have.

I went in with a good friend and was immediately treated like trash because we didn't have our first drinks there. God forbid You use Their “professional” pool tables and be immediately attacked by the owner because we make marks on their felt by PLAYING on their tables. Not to mention having to beg for forgiveness and treated like a racist because you’re confused by someone attacking you during your game. The bartenders are wonderfully nice and amazing women. They deserve your tips. NDon’t play pool there.

Went in to grab drinks with a friend and got accused of using a fake ID because mine is from out of state. Owner was incredibly rude and threatened to take away my legal identification unless I called the cops and had them verify it. He talked down to me and was very condescending. As soon as I pulled out my phone to call the police, he told me he “didn’t feel right about taking my ID,” gave it back, and asked me to leave. Very unprofessional, rude, and I will not be returning.
Went In last night for a little fun because I finally had time off. The drinks were under poured. I met a gal and the bartender came between us and ruined my night out of jealousy. I’ll be calling back later and expecting a full refund. She couldn’t even listen to a drink order without telling her 3x. Horribly unprofessional.

Very poor service.The owner sits at the entrance with an absurd amount of animosity, a grimy look in his eyes as if he can’t stand people entering his establishment. The shots were given out in cheap plastic cups instead of glass. The environment was filled with negative energy on a beautiful night. I recommend that you all stay away from this life draining abyss.On a side note he ate a full meal at the entrance but denied someone to bring a simple hot dog inside but offers no food but a vending machine with old chips that are over priced.. they also don’t ID for drinks and have no wheel chair access
