Nice location and service is good. The food that I had was terrible. Asked for a half-Cesar salad with added chicken for $13. Salad didn’t have romaine and the chicken was bone cold from the fridge. It looks ok in the picture but tastes like hospital food. I’ve had this dozens of times from other Courtyard locations and this is by far the worst version of it.

Check-in was a breeze. Cody checked us in and was very efficient, friendly, and professional. The room was very clean and modern. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The shower was great and the vanity is outside the bathroom door, which we really like. We actually wished we could stay another night but had to get back on the road. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Stayed for three weeks while in Reno for work. Helpful friendly staff, great gym and other amenities. A nice setting and always clean and well presented. Enjoyed my time there and was made to feel welcome the whole stay. Would recommend to anyone who has to stay in Reno short or long term.

Great location, Great and friendly staff, and Amazing gym. The lady at the breakfast counter made our morning with her fun attitude. We will definitely stay here while in Reno. Don't hesitate to book this Marriott.

During my 13-week travel nurse assignment, I resided at the Courtyard by Marriott and found it to be a pleasant place to stay. As a Titanium Elite member, I was given a plentiful supply of $10-off coupons, but later learned that the policy only entitled me to one per stay. However, I was fortunate to learn of this policy during my final week, and had already taken full advantage of the many coupons, purchasing various items from the on-site "convenient store" such as beer, wine, and candies. The staff members were the highlight of my stay, making me feel at home, and the bartenders were friendly and attentive, reminding me of the TV show "Cheers, " where one of the ladies would shout out my name upon my arrival home from work. The location was also convenient, with Total Wine and More, Starbucks, and a decent sushi restaurant located nearby (though the all-you-can-eat option was not recommended due to lengthy wait times for seconds and third servings). Overall, I would rate my stay a solid 4 stars, suitable for business travelers like myself, and though it lacked some luxuries, it was still a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Our service, beginning with our check-in with Cody, was exceptional. Every employee we came across made us feel welcome. Breakfast choices were good, and our room was clean and comfy. This was a very comfortable experience.

This was an unplanned trip for medical reasons and after long days at the hospital with a loved one this hotel had just what we needed. The food was good, the service was great, everything was really clean, and the new gym was exceptional. I would absolutely recommend. Michael at the front desk was friendly in the mornings, Danielle at the bistro was so positive & energetic that it was contagious, and Kevin in the restaurant overheard my daughter saying she thought she might like a grilled cheese & soup for dinner and he ducked out to start warming soup for her- just in case!

I had to change some future dates in my booking and with all the confusion I had Michael at the front desk help me every time I had a question. I must have returned 3 times with more questions and if he was unsure he got help… We finally got it all worked out. Thanks Michael!!! Looking forward to my next visit to Reno!!’

After a wonderful week of skiing Palisades, we stayed the night at the Courtyard By Marriott Reno due to an early flight out the following morning. We were greeted by Michael with what I would describe as the most unaffected (genuine) welcome. He was inviting, kind and intentional. He invited us to eat at the in-house Bistro but also volunteered several dining options within walking distance of the hotel. We opted to dine-in and enjoyed our stay. Special kudos to Michael for serving us well during out stay, and repping Marriott in the process.

Everyone at this hotel was so nice, but the one person that stands out as the most friendliest and fun is Danielle, she works in the restaurant area, I met her when I was ordering my breakfast, such a great lady always bright and cheerful in the morning. When she is there you actually can’t wait to get downstairs to order your food. I enjoyed our conversations. If you are looking for excellent customer service you definitely want to meet Danielle. Thank you so much you made my stay at Courtyard fantastic!
