Love a pizza place that gives you honey and ranch

Love the flavor of the pies, but the large I ordered could have been cooked another 2-4 minutes and the crust wouldn’t have been so doughy. Can’t rush the finished product because there are two more customers that showed up…

This place is very outdated, staff was unfriendly and we were the only ones in the place and took a long time to get even our salad. Hope you enjoy their music because your going to hear it.

We haven't gotten pizza from Blind Onion for a while. The restaurant was very neat and clean. There must be new owners because they always had honey and this time it wasn't offered. The pizza was disappointing, no flavor, more like frozen from the store. We won't go there again.

I wonder if new owners took over. I was so happy to see this place cleaned up. Last time I ordered take out I was disgusted on how dirty and run down it looked inside. My only disappointment was they had no honey. The pizza was great everyone enjoyed it.

Hands down the most beautifully made crust on a pizza I’ve ever seen or had. The entire pie is clearly made with love, quality and fresh ingredients. Heard great things about this place. Didn’t disappoint. Best pizza I’ve had in Reno!

I normally dont leave reviews places but this one deserves it. Went in today for lunch, the older man working was so rude. I went to order and his attitude was so bad. Asked a question about drinks and he responded with such a attitude. I ended up canceling the order and leaving. What used to be a fun place to eat not far from UNR has gone down hill so much. Avoid this place. Go to Pub n Sub.

This is hands down the worst pizza in Reno. Flavorless bread is the best that I describe it. You're better off getting a Freshetta and calling it a day. Horrible...stay away.

I recently went to the kings row location and I am so confused. To preface this, I have been to three other blind onion locations in reno/sparks, so I know ehat blind onion pizza tastes like.

Is this blind onion the same as the other blind onions in reno? My first confusion was the atmosphere. It felt kind of dirty and small and weird. Then there was the menu. It was not the same as the other ones. The pizzas were different and there were items missing, like the cinnamon/garlic twists. They had no fountain or water cup options either, which was strange.

We ordered a medium half and half pizza and some wings, which wasn't cheap, but I knew what o was paying for and Ive had their pizza before and was happy to pay for it. The two people working there were very nice and accommodating, but that is about the only good thing I could say about the experience.

We got our wings first. They came with carrots and celery, like as wings, but the carrots were baby carrots. I know thats so picky, but I have never gotten baby carrots with wings before. It just felt cheap. The wings obviously came with ranch too, but the ranch was STORE BOUGHT ranch! One of the things Blind onion is known for is their delicious homemade ranch!

The pizza came next. While tw topping on the meat pizza were good, the bottom crust wasn't sturdy enough to hold up the pizza and the bottom was soggy. The crust was CLEARLY a different dough recipe than blind onions as it was hard and crusty rather than fluffy and it didnt have that twist pattern.

Blind onion has set a standard at their other locations with very specific things. I am seriously so confused how this pizza location is called blind onion, because literally nothing is the same except the name. If I walked into this pizza place not knowing ehat it was called, I would not guess it was blind onion. Either way, I will never go back to this location, and if youre a fan of blind onion pizza, I would encourage you to pick a different location or skip it altogether.

I ordered a large order through DoorDash what was delivered was a pizza so burnt on the bottom it was charcoal. I called to speak with a manager who told me to request a refund through DoorDash, knowing that wouldn’t happen.

Ordered garlic chips and chicken wings for pickup. Arrived on time, 40 minutes after ordering and had to wait 10 minutes. Garlic chips were tasteless and under cooked. Chicken wings were tasteless and skin was under cooked. Food was terrible. Threw it out. Service wasn't much better. I will never go here again.
