We went with our four kids, and while the waitress was clearly stretched a bit thin, she still did her best. Food was solid across the board, and the cheesecake was amazing as always. The standout was the chocolate mousse cheesecake, easily my favorite. Overall, good experience, great desserts, and worth the visit.

Great experience at this Cheesecake Factory location today. Our waitress was phenomenal, the food came out quickly, and everything was delicious. We grabbed cheesecake to go and it was just as good later. Overall, a great visit and we would definitely come back.

We visited The Cheesecake Factory today for the third time, as my parents are visiting and it’s their anniversary. The food was excellent as always — no complaints there. However, our experience with the service was disappointing.

Our server, Tyler, seemed to have an attitude throughout the visit. We saw her being very friendly and smiling with other guests, but she hardly came to our table and rarely interacted with us. She didn’t smile at all during the service — the only time we saw her smile was when she was checking us out. It genuinely felt like we were being treated differently, possibly because we are Indian, and that made us uncomfortable. This was especially disheartening since I had always told my parents how friendly and welcoming the staff usually are at Cheesecake Factory.

Additionally, Tyler brought the cheque
without even asking if we needed anything else, which felt quite rude and abrupt.

On a positive note, the hostess who seated us and the staff member who helped us with our gift cards were incredibly kind and welcoming — we truly appreciated them.

Overall, the food was wonderful as always, but the service from our server did not match the experience we’ve come to expect.

Fallon was a top notch waitress! No notes. She handled telling me that my drink was not refillable for free with poise, and instead offered me a soda that did come with free refills. She boxed my cheesecake with no hesitation and made me feel right at home! Thank you Fallon!

Cheesecake Factory food is so yummy. Quality food across the expansive menu! Cheesecake Factory takeout crew is organized and the food is delicious and the bread is yummy. Nice work.
We need to save room for actual cheesecake!

This is absolutely unacceptable I took my my kid and wife to dinner it was a 20 minute wait for a table ordered drinks and 2 appetizers 56 minutes later are waitress told us that it would be another 20 minutes or so. talked to the manager about our situation. Her response was not very sympathetic. She said I hope your next experience is better. I told her they're my not Be 1 what a waste of an hour and a 1/2 and no food.

First time at a Cheesecake Factory restaurant and it did not disappoint. Fiod was great. Wait staff were awesome. Atmosphere was excellent. This is my new favorite restaurant.
Sorry Olive Garden, you've been replaced.
The Cheesecake Factory is an excellent place to eat with the family or date night. A+

The food was delicious and Andrew is great! Such hard-working workers. The only downside is that the waitis a little bit, but other than that, the food and the service makes up for it.
