We went to celebrate my daughter bday. We made a reservation arrived on time it stared off great. We orderd the mushrooms appetizer they came out cooler than normal. They normally are heat hot it took 30 minutes to get bread and 1 hr to get our food. I would understand if it was busy but it was not. I don't think I will be back at least for now.

Wide menu options, the food is great. Tried the chicken shawarma and strawberry cheesecake. Service is a little slow and waiter forgot about a drink that I ordered. It's understandable since the place is in a mall and it's pretty busy.

Ordered Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps ($20 version). This is what I got. Talk about shrinkflation! Go to this place if you like getting scammed!

Ordered turkey burger-supposed to have mushrooms-none-told me it was finely ground into meat.? Tasted terrible-no one would do anything to replace or make right! Will not return.later that night got severely sick-food poisoning!!

Our server was the best. Not overbearing, yet attentive. I ordered a BBQ burger which was delicious. The onion is low-key a small serving of onion rings which was delicious dipped in the BBQ. My friend ordered a chicken pasta which was just not too appetizing. However it was made up with a strong marg. Just regular. Perfectly salted. Oh and the Mac n Cheese balls are a must. We tipped the server $20 cause we just liked him that much.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. My husband and I ate at Cheesecake Factory on Saturday, and I ordered the fish sticks with fries. A few hours later, I started experiencing violent vomiting, severe diarrhea, and intense stomach pain. I was sick the entire night, unable to keep anything down.

The next day, my husband started experiencing the exact same symptoms, and the only thing we both ate was the fish sticks. This was clearly food poisoning from improperly handled seafood.

After looking at other reviews, I found that multiple people have reported getting sick from this location. This is completely unacceptable! It’s clear that their food handling practices are careless and unsafe. DO NOT eat here unless you want to risk spending your night in the bathroom, in pain, and completely miserable.

We will never be coming back. Shame on this place for serving contaminated food.

This place was super cool! Very nice, good quality environment to feel comfortable and know that it is economical in a certain part! The food was very good, thank God, the taste and the service was super good, the lovely girls who served and were very attentive.

Not a child friendly restaurant. The waitress made our family wait thirty minutes after our reservation and was extremely rude. The food was another terrible disappointment. My daughter got food poisoning from the chicken tenders. The cheesecake was a ten out of ten but not worth it.

The food was great. We had an amazing server great for date night or just hanging out with your friends. We had an amazing server he great amazing service. The decor was very beautiful. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due our seats wasn't clean by time we were seated by host and the light at our table was dusty but overall still great experience.

We have 4 appetizers and 2 glasses if wine for 90.00 never again! Prices are way too high. Service and food were good.

The experience at this restaurant was not good;
-Long wait to order.
-Too long of a wait for our food to arrive and when it arrived a dish was missing.
-For the $$ price of the dish, the quantity was ridiculously small.
In short, it is a place we plan NOT to return to.

I give 1 star because there is no other lower option. Slow service, bad food, dishes without flavor or with a price that is not according to the amount of food, our wait to take our place was approximately 1 hour, to be served it was 20 minutes and the food took 30 to 40 minutes, On my occasion I ordered a salmon dish and the waiter said that “it had fallen on the floor”, I had to wait 10-15 more minutes to receive it, to receive a tasteless meal (generally mine and my family's) with tiny amount for prices of 20 dollars upwards. The only good/nice thing about this place was the decoration of the place, the cheesecake (the house specialty) was decent, nothing to highlight.

This place is busy so get your reservation in. We also went on black Friday and I have to say they got people in and out comfortably. Our waitress was extremely busy and only came by when taking orders and dropping off food and bill. Refills were not asked about.
