There isn't a bar like the eddy, it's large, has outdoor games, seating is great, 2 bars, food on site and dog friendly. The perfect place for fun or chill evening. It gets busy so if you want a seat come earlier in the night.

During family friendly hours, I brought my sister in law with me for food and drinks. (Only I to get alcoholic drinks). We were kicked out after being there 2 hours because legal documentation of me being legal guardian couldn’t be provided. If this proof is needed maybe the website should state that. This is embarrassing and rude. The place was not busy either!

I really want to like this place but unfortunately I've had two consecutive bad time here. Once I came in a lovely Sunday afternoon around 6P to meet some friends. We got drinks and shortly after everything started closing up even though according to their website hours they weren't supposed to close until 10P. At only 7:30P the staff kicked everyone out stating they were closing for the day. The next time I went was a Thursday evening. Some friends and I met there around 8P. Again, shortly after we got our drinks the staff started closing everything up. Last call was at 9P and they kicked everyone out shortly afterwards even though their website says they were supposed to be open until 10P. I even asked the staff if they were open till 10P. She said they close early if it isn't busy. I'm pretty sure there were around 40 people still there. Either they should change their hours on their website or the owner isn't aware of this.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, there was a couple of handfuls of people there which worked out to our advantage. Ended up meeting the manager (owner?), super chill and friendly guy. Sat down at the bar, ordered our drinks, had some good conversation with the bar tenders. All around good vibes. The only reason for one less star is because there was only one food option. Fresh pizza in the back. It was okay, super burnt on the bottom but had a few drinks in me and needed something to snack on. Also got a shirt to commemorate the weekend spent in Reno, we'll be back to talk dogs and Pokémon with the staff!

Location location location! Probably one of the best location on the river. Weather permitting a great spot any time of the day. A placed loved by families, couples and dogs! Dog friendly. Great place to dog watch. Great fresh squeezed grapefruit and vodka drinks.

Great shared space. Room for everyone! Bartenders were great, welcomed you immediately, and were very helpful in drink selections! Highly recommend if you're in the downtown Reno area.

My friend Mary and I came here on a Sunday afternoon to get a pizza. It is a nice atmosphere, but I was not impressed with the pizza or the lemonade.The pizza was small and had a lot of black oven soot on the bottom of the crust. The lemonade tasted like it was made with the fake powder stuff. I realize their focus is probably more on serving alcohol, but it would be nice to see them step up the offerings for people who don't go there to drink.Also, there was no water out for my dog and the bartender acted like it was a hassle to go get her a bowl of water. Not cool since a big part of the draw is that it's a dog-friendly place!There were also a lot of flies.

Love the concept of a couple food trucks, a bar, and games. The kids were able to run about and trip over themselves as the adults had a few drinks.
