Good service and ambiance. Ordered Tri-tip was very bad. Manager was unavailable to take our complaint.

Very good food and a nice quiet place to eat
I made the reservation online for 6 of us using the Open Table app. Received a confirmation too. Arrived at restaurant at the correct date and time but it was closed for Labor Day, on TUESDAY.
Beautiful, pleasant, and clean, good service. The menu leaves something to be desired. I went for lunch and options were tacos, salads and sandwiches - an expensive menu with bar food; I don't go to restaurant for burger at lunch. The drinks are good; in fact, the menu has more drinks than food. Maybe I'll go back for a drink.

The food was absolutely fabulous as was the service. The only thing was as the restaurant is right next to the bar. There were a lot of golfers who had been drinking a while and were really loud. I am not worried about a little noise but it was sound we couldn't hear ourselves speak. The manager was fabulous as another table complained so she asked them to move to the members lounge and it was much better. Great place I would definitely go there again.
Staff was attentive & pleasant. All four meals were served on hot plates & were delicious. The French onion soup was wonderful. We will definitely be coming back.... we were all too full to try the desserts.
This restaurant has gotten a lot better in the last month or two. They have much improved the quality of their dinner offerings. We started out with a very tasty clam chowder. Two friends got the lobster thermidor special which they said was excellent. My wife got the ahi fish which was equally great. I had the New York steak topped with blue cheese and garlic mashed potatoes. Also good. And of course you can't beat the amazing views of Western Reno from this restaurant location.

The changes that have been made to the menu and quality of food over the last year or so have greatly improved the experience at the Grille. I have had the Somersett Burger, the Scampi, the Salmon (when on the menu), the Corned Beef Reuben, and the Veal Saltimbocca. Only the veal was not to my liking, but might be fine for someone else. Bread is still offered at the table (while some restaurants have stopped), and the dinner salad option with entrees is very nicely adorned. The wines are reasonably priced and a good sized pour.
Great evening with friends ! The staff were very friendly and helpful!

I find myself returning for the view, the food specials and the wonderful service. Full bar and extensive wine list.

Stopped in on a wim after checking out the website menu. So happy we did. Staff is nice, friendly and helpful. We were able to watch the hockey game. Sat inside because of this. The outside seating has great views out to Hidden Valley.

food and service was excellent. The new menu is much better than the old one much more reasonable and diverse. The wine list is new and a lot more reasonable as well. Very likely to return. The service was excellent. The view is really nice. Would definitely go back.
This is a wonderful place to have lunch sitting out on the patio or inside with the comfortable chairs and tables. The service is wonderful and so is the food.
We were seated fairly quickly. And had excellent service. Loving the new chef, the new menu and always the team at The Grille. Thanks for everything!
Our salads arrived half way through the appetizer. Our entres arrived 1/3 of the way through the salads. Glad we didn't order dessert. Would have had to put them on the floor. Obviously bad timing out of the kitchen twice.
