I've visited The Habit Burger at University of Nevada Reno on March 6, 2024 at 4:49 pm and asked to speak with the manager on duty. I made a special request for my food and the female cashier said special requests may not show up on customers' copy of receipt but it shows on the staff's copy.Be aware that staff might lie to you during some requests.A staff member named Leon told me the manager left for the day that I knew wasn't true because I've been to this place multiple times and saw the manager on duty myself. Then Leon changed the story and told me, well he's on his break.I didn't request the general manager, I just asked for the manager on duty or shift lead, because the restaurant closing time.

So SLLLLOOOOWwWWWW!! They have like 10 people back there but only one register open. Line is out of door, 15 mins to order, 20 mins to get food. Seriously!! Is anyone doing anything —- so many comments in history. Terrible!

i went to get a burger and they gave me three ketchup packets at the start. i went back to get more and they told me they are on a limited supply of ketchup. what kind of BURGER place rations on ketchup packets ?!?!

It's my second time coming today with my grandkids in the last three weeks... First time was a great cheese burger.. Today my veggie burger had partial ROTTEN GREEN LETTUCE...I didn't want to make a fuss Infront of many enjoying customers and my family who loves Habit...I just removed the leaves... BUT HERE'S MY ONE STAR... ? MANAGEMENT.. YOU, should properly train your employees not only to do a good job but also..To do what's RIGHT BY HUMAN RULE... HOW THE HECK DOES A HUMAN BEING serve a fellow human being a ROTTEN TOXIC FOOD? THANKS ???

I ordered a char burger didn’t have the sauce. I asked no tomatoes or pickles the burger had tomatoes and pickles. didn’t toasted the bun either. Cashier lady don’t know what she doing and for the OWNER instead of wasting your money on all your lazy employees that are just sitting around not doing nothing . Come to your restaurant and start firing.

I will NOT be making a habit of coming here, for sure! The SLOWEST service ever for a fast food joint! Nearly an hour from making our order to it being ready. AND they were out of chicken too!!! Would have been much quicker to go elsewhere!!!!

Quality is always good however this university location is made for college students. The hours will never be accurate because they change depending on if the university is on break or not. Also you have to pay for parking.

Great food, but horrendous service on a good day. I'm usually able to deal with it but today was horrible. After 10 minutes of waiting in line as the workers were all in view doing other stuff, being told they would be with us shortly. After 5 more minutes of waiting they come up and say it's going to take awhile for them to take our orders and then atleast 20 minutes for the food to come out.Could have told everyone in line ahead of time but I guess they don't care.

[ Ordered Impossible Burger ] Crazy long wait hours, not because they have queues but they just take forever to cook. Vegetarian and Vegan options take extra long. After the long wait the patty s were pretty burnt and did not taste well.
