I changed my review due to the quality being very inconsistent. I specifically asked for 1/2 tbsp of sweetener and they added so much I canāt even drink the coffee because it is so sweet. Most of the time everything is very good but this is the worst drink Iāve gotten from any of the Human Beans in town.

I went to the human bean to go treat my family with real fruit smoothies. When receiving my order I let the girl know there is an item missing. With an attitude she said āthis is what your orderedā I said no I asked for 2 cotton candy flavors. She just looked at me and started walking away. As she started walking away I told her that it was a 16oz. Then there she comes again with a kid size. I then told her I asked for a 16oz, I told her I will pay for it. She grabbed the drink back aggressively and with attitude took off saying things. Such a bad experience. They definitely need to pay more attention on what the customers are asking for. Both of the girls there were definitely not customer service friendly. If you donāt like your job work somewhere else.

This place is nice and the girls customer drive Service is great! The girl at the window gave me a suggestion so I took it and the drink was bomb. I love it! I'll definitely be back for another one and i got a sandwich š„Ŗ that was awesome as well.

Upon driving up there was a female giving an ugly look instead of giving a smile who seemed to be delivering things to the shop also the girl with the glasses demanding tips was pretty rude when she didn't even offer my puppy a pup cup! I should have kept my dollar but I felt bad. I know not to come to this location ever again!
