I requested my white chocolate mocha coffee to be sweetened a LOT (more than it was previously) It still was barely sweet. It would be nice to have more breakfast items than just muffins. The best thing about Human Bean is the workers are always nice!
Love my experience every time i visit this location. Always greeted with a fun and friendly vibe and the people working there are always so nice and it is very comforting to be taken care by people who love their job. As a regular the Baristas know my order when i come to the window and Kaden is such a people person and is a joy to see in the morning they way they greet me with a smile and a hello. The Coffee is always great and keeps me going through my work day, and the food...
I just had the most amazing interaction at The Human Bean on S. McCarran in Reno. The employee had great patience, advice and went way above and beyond in helping me. I'd like to let them know that the sugar-free vanilla smoothie was a big hit...it's one of the first things my partner has been able to get down in days.
