I have never been so dissapointed in a place that has the has one if the coolest venues in Reno. We walk in and the place is completely empty aside from one small group bowling. The whole staff is sitting at the bar on their phones and dont even realize we are there. The guy that came over and made our drinks was friendly once he realized we were there. We asked for the darts and were having a good time until about 915 when all the local artists started showing up. Even though we were paying customers we were pushed out by them and the staff could care less. Then we go to Turn our darts in and again are completely ignored. The bartender was once again ON HIS PHONE!!!!!! Then he goes and helps the people that come in after us and we have to wait until someone else can assist us. My husband and I travel a lot and will NEVER come to this location again. Based on other reviews this place is not going to last long and will ultimately end up like every other poorly ran bar...shut down. I sure hope they get it together and run this venue like it should be because the riverwalk district has better offerings than this one.
This place is uh...... not the spot to hang out if you're a decent person lol. It's dirty and the crowd that goes in there, well everyone seems to be rude. Including the employees. Also, the floor is ALWAYS sticky! I can't even walk properly in there.

We had a great experience celebrating my wife’s birthday. The pizza tasted great and the staff was warm, friendly, and took good care of us. We love the location in the center of downtown to got walk around and check other fun spots out and art. We’ll definitely will be back.

Great spot and a hell of a deal for a family. 30 bucks for an hour of bowling and a pitcher of beer is super value. Haven't bowled in years but with such a cool spot like this, it's really fun. If you have kids, ask for lane 4 as the bumpers work and are the type that go up and down depending on the player.
