Morning crew only has mean girls working, making the vibes feel unwelcoming. If you ask them questions they’ll call you a problematic customer. Unfriendly vibes— had to go around closing just so I could get coffee comfortably. The girls who works closing shift are SO amazing and closing crew won’t ask you for tips.

The drinks are really good, but some of the workers are rude. I asked for my regular order, and they made it wrong. They proceeded to repeatedly tell me I asked for something that SOMEONE ELSE, who was two orders away from me, asked for. I kept getting told that I “switched my order at the end”. When they remade my actual order, they slammed it down and did not even make it correctly AGAIN. Some other workers are nice tho.
I love that The Roost is a local option for drive through coffee. This little hut has the friendliest staff and the best coffee. They have an extensive coffee and tea menu, including a raspberry green tea latte, which is my favorite. They also have a pretty good selection of muffins, bagels, and other snacks, so you can't go wrong with a stop here!

The Ladies learned my Wife's ans my order after maybe 3 visits. They are exceptional and the Owners are wonderful. Blended white mocha is amazing and double the size for less cost than the Seattle famed company.
