1st time here. On my lunch date. I usually try French Dip to find my fav French Dip places. Order French Dip for me and #7 Shawn of the Dead [Pastrami] for my date. Look under staff, we had last Dutch Crunch rolls [maybe more baking?], didn't see any cookies, 2 of them running around like crazy, line was out the door.

Both sandwiches were really good. French Dip is not what I used to. Usually is Roll + meat and maybe cheese with salty au jus. French Dip came with a bunch of veggie and dressing on it. Au jus had no taste, like hot water [healthy choice?].

I will be back for more sandwiches but not French Dip.

I do not write a lot of reviews, but this place deserves a 5 star rating. Every time I come to the sandwich spot, I feel welcomed and the sandwiches are always delicious. Big shout out to Adam for always providing top notch service.

This is a go to spot close to my place of work. The food is always bomb, the staff is absolutely amazing. I come at least 5 times a month!

My Girlfriend and I both ordered sandwiches from here on Dutch Crunch Bread. The bread had the consistency of a crouton and would smoosh out all the ingredients in the sandwich when you took a bite, whilst tearing up the roof of your mouth as bad as a bowl of captain crunch. The fact that they would even serve us this irritates me. It would have been a good sandwich otherwise. Will not be back.

I am a turkey sandwich fanatic and this place has the best! They use REAL turkey, not the compressed processed type that most places use. The bread is fresh and you have numerous choices for toppings. Great job!

Sandwiches are basic and good. There is only 1 vegetarian friendly sandwich options though which was pretty sparsely filled and not great.

Service was ok, sandwiches were messy and poorly wrapped and cut, so it felt like a lot of the food was falling out of the sandwich.

The water in the water machines tasted bad so I would avoid the water and ice.

Made a permanent customer out of me and my daughter. Feeling indecisive the sando-man asked us to risk trusting him.
Well he nailed it. Both mine and my daughters sandos weren't just delicious, they were what we like. He's good. While eating, observed several great customer service skills and professional skills that will have me back soon.
So good. So simple.

best sandwiches in Reno, great customer service, they know what I want when I walk in or call so it’s always fresh because im here 1-2 times a week. Whether it’s employees , managers or owners they are friendly and welcoming
