took 2 hours to check in, key cards had to be reprogrammed everyday couldnt get into your room, check out billing inaccurate was billed to the wrong card called twice and was told it would be fixed still not fixed. rented multiple rooms toleits broken in 3 rooms and no hot water in 2 rooms

This place looks like its going to be condemned, single handedly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at in my life. Surprised they don't charge by the hour. Takes 45 min to check in, no staff, no covid health guidelines are followed, although the air conditioner was pretty sweet - felt like I was on an arctic expedition after 5 min.

I was checked in smoothly but walked into a room that smelled like wet dog. My next room didn’t have warm water the night before. I literally washed up at the sink. I had a meeting at 12pm. It was very uncomfortable.

At check-in a $100 "hold" was placed on my card as a deposit. Except that $100 was actually debited from my account. This was in 7th July. Despite numerous (unanswered) calls to their "24hr" reception and emails to the hotel itself, and to corporate, this money has not been returned. I had already paid in full. I want my goddamn money back Travelodge. The room was barely worth the $69 I paid originally, never mind the $100 you took without my permission!!

Needs more help and better tech vender for internet service.Need more office staff check in time was long because of tech problems.Staff couldn't keep up with the amount of people checking in and out.

For $100 not worth it. There is too loud from the road, homeless and drunk people around this property, dirty room, no service at all, overflowing toilet. Definitely needs some repairs in the room, there was tree lamp and just one was ok. Uncomfortable bed.

It’s not a quiet location. If you get a room close to the road you will hear it the whole night. Homeless, drunk people around this place. The staff at the reception was good but the cleaning team... they are wasn't even an attempt to clean the room. Looks like they haven't even sanitized the rooms during this pandemic. Dust was everywhere, microwave with sticky buttons, unfortunately, dirty bathroom and toilet overflowing and needs some repair. There was three lamps in the room only one worked. Non smoking room smells like smoking room. They don’t serve breakfast now, but still, keep unsealed plastic cups in the room. Whould you like to use them? No. We usually stayed with Travelogue at different locations, but this one worst place ever. Will never stay here again.

Nasty, poor maid service, heard cars racing all night long on road in front of hotel. Could see lots of outside light coming in all around entrance door. Smelled cigarette smoke coming thru the side of the doors. Most of the Lights didn’t work. Tv remote didn’t work. Bathroom had not been cleaned. Fellow guests were from the hood and were loud all night long, hanging out everywhere. No more cheap hotels for us. Gonna pay more next time to avoid rat holes like this again. And what’s with downtown Reno? Trashy like the hotel, homeless people everywhere. Sad!!

The rooms were terrible. The first room the cable box was not working. So we were moved to another room. Everything we going ok till the middle of the night when we had to use the toilet. When. Flushed the toilet would go all the way to the brim then take 15-20 minutes to vacate all the water. After this we would only use the toilet if we really had to. The staff was really nice.

The place is ideally located in down town reno. The place is a bit tired and need some touch up especially the bathrooms. Employees are not customer centered and have no time for guests. you to navigate your way out.

Their food is absolutely disgusting. I found a bug in my burrito, never going here again. In detail: I was happily eating my burrito, to where I was half way done with it. I saw something in the tin foil wrapper, that covered my burrito, with something that looked like a grain of rice. But then I saw it moving. I looked at it closer and realized it was a bug. I didn’t want to make a huge scene and demand a refund, so I just threw it away and left; disgusted by what I just saw.If you don’t want to end up like me, then simply don’t eat here. Their food is awful and it always smells really weird near this place.

I have over 20 years of customer service and I know when I receive good service and when I don’t... Unfortunately this time I in fact DID NOT RECIEVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE The supervisor on duty REBECCA was extremely rude, and unprofessional. We ordered chicken nuggets for our little ones and when we opened the happy meal up there were no nuggets so I approached the counter with my receipt and kindly notified the cashier that the nuggets were missing, then Rebecca comes to the counter calling me a liar and was yelling at me, saying I wanted free food so I told her politely that that is not the case I would just like the nuggets we didn’t receive and told her she could look at our table and see there were in fact no nuggets, she then became very rude and started calling me names in front of the staff and other customers that I was a liar and I was making her job difficult , the other staff member came up and said oh here’s your nuggets I’m sorry I forgot to put them in In your order, I said that was quite alright and said thank you, Then Rebecca started eating the fries off the other customers tray and was eating fries out of the fryer as they drained then grabbed my nuggets and slammed them on the counter and shoved my receipt in my bag and said here now go! I have never in my life ever been so humiliated before, nor have I ever been spoken to like that before especially in front of my kids. Something needs to be done about this this is not ok and who knows how many other customers she treats that way.
