Their tea is never steeped long enough. If you ask for extra steep they charge you and still dont steep long enough. It would be different if they left your tea in the drink when serving, but they don't. It's like you ask for extra steep and they serve you your tea sans leave in five minutes. How does that make sense? Please, put the leaves back in and get back to me in 5 more minutes. Your tea is weak!!!

Always a pleasure to go and enjoy excellent food and tea along with exceptional service. The blends I prefer are always in stock and fairly priced. A small and quaint shop well worth the experience.
I drove down from Truckee looking for bulk fun and caffeine-free alternatives because I’m pregnant. Morgan was extremely knowledgeable about the teas and provided me with some great recommendations. She even knew which teas I needed to avoid during pregnancy. I got a banana cream roobios iced tea to go and it is sooooooo delicious! ? Seriously won’t even be missing caffeine with teas this yummy ? Thank you! ??☀️

Always a favorite hangout with me and my roomie (the tea drinker). I've never been disappointed and every single time we visit (every few weeks) all of the staff are friendly and welcoming and they gladly answer questions you have about different teas and flavors (they know their stuff well!) I highly recommend giving them a try. They have great drinks, naked goods, awesome workers and a relaxed place to talk with old friends or make new ones!
