Huge menu. Still affordable even though they raised their prices after Covid. We have been dining at Top Deck for 26 years. We always eat at Top Deck every visit to Reno. Sometimes we would eat all 3 meals in a day at Top Deck. This restaurant used to be 24hrs, but Covid had a huge impact. So now they close about 9/10pm at night. Normally, I would rate this a bit better because I've been to this place a few times. I don't care for the lunches or dinners there but I do typically enjoy the waffles. This time, my husband and I sat waiting for over 30 minutes for a waffle and an order of hash browns. By the time our food got to us, both items were freezing cold. 2 different wait staff came to us. One took my plate to heat it up. The other said they'd bring another waffle and walked away before...
