For the price the taste of the food and quality is more to be desired! One time experience, not going back! Disappointing, we went here to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary.

Fuck Armageddon This is Hell!!

I know it's a buffet, but that doesn't mean the food has to be dated, underwhelming, and uninspired, does it? Honestly, nothing special is going on here unless stuffing your face with tasteless food is what you consider special.

Wide variety, and the food is generally toward the higher end for quality. American comfort food, seafood, Chinese, Mexican, Mongolian BBQ, roast meats, large salad bar, amazing desert bar. Service at the table and all serving stations has been good. Bottomless mimosas at weekend brunch is nice. Pricey, especially at dinner and weekends, so economical for good eaters but not so much for children or seniors with smaller appetites. Free parking is always available, though sometimes a bit of a walk.

Ebi was amazing and was on point with our service. The Mongolian BBQ and Pho stations were great and the fresh omelets are fantastic.

We paid $121.24 for two people today. In addition, they expect you to pay tips for the waiter and we paid $20 as tips for the filling up our water and mimosa. The waiter kept filling up the glass after every sip we took to make sure that we tip him. Food was good but I just want to clarify the price for everyone because it is not what Google shows on maps.

This place was so amazing when I was younger. It years to be this huge to do when we got to go as kids. I haven't been here in probably 12 years and it was wildly disappointing. First off, they have the audacity to charge $20 for a CHILD and they can't even be bothered to have kids food. No Mac and cheese, plain cheese pizza or unseasoned fries. I paid $40 for my kids to bread and cotton candy.

The food was incredibly underwhelming. Bland and boring. The only thing I tried that I would eat again was the beef and mushrooms. It certainly wasn't worth $200 for 4 adults and 2 kids for lunch. We could have gotten a truly spectacular meal for that price from dozens of other restaurants in the area. Unless it's seafood buffet night (which my bestie who lives there assures me is still great), don't bother going here.

Kid-friendliness: Do not bring your kids here, even ones who aren't picky eaters won't find much to eat

Seniors are no longer able to purchase lunch at Toucan Charlie's. The Monday senior price is now gone. No wonder it was quiet on or (last) visit there. We can no longer afford to eat there. I'm sure we aren't alone as the lack of people there verses when there used to be a special for seniors on a budget. What a shame

Overall it's 4.5/5

Service- 5/5 there were 3 people dedicated to our area of about 6 tables. 1 vacuumed constantly, 1 cleaned up plates and crab shell pots, 1 refilled drinks and gave out napkins. All polite. The whole place was always clean.

Food- 4.5/5 crab, shrimp, pies, ice cream were awesome! Great tasting. Cooked Oysters and clams felt They have more sand or granules in them than I would-normally have. The prime rib just a great cook, but with some reason felt a little tougher medium or medium rare. It's still a great taste but again usually prime rib that I eat are pretty soft.

To me, it was worth the 45-minute wait in line and $60.
