Had the opportunity to eat there on December 18, 2025. Absolutely a big let down for $60. I use to brag about this place but this time the crab was lowest quality and stuck to the shells. The chilled shrimp were nowhere near where they use to be. These were very small and not fresh tasting at all. Really sucks because this use to be our goto place for crab and seafood. I wouldn’t recommend the buffet at all. So sad Atlantis!

Recently went to visit Reno. I looked this place up and from the pictures I can tell it was good lol. The only thing I didn't care for was our waiter. He was rude and I can tell he really didn't want to serve us. Other than that I will be back.

Its nothing special. If you love seafood and willing to pay 80 a person you might like this place. Its basically a buffet at reno prices. Tourest trap really. Service once you're in was impressive.

Best dinner buffet in Reno, IMHO. For Thanksgiving, they had around 3,000 people show up and wait hours to get in. Andrea (server) and Alexander (busboy) were exceptional on the floor the day after Thanksgiving.

All I have to say is they charge way to much during the week to not have crab! Well, get this now. They call and left a message to call them back and ask for the manager on duty, and I've done that 3 times in the last 2 week! Can't seem to even get a call back at all now. Why even bother a person if you can't follow through? That's even worse customer service! Again with the voice message and again no resolution! Why don't you have the manager on duty call me instead? Because now they just put me directly on hold for way to long! I just hung up!
