This little whole in the wall is BIG time flavors. I’m traveling from Detroit and stopped in just because of the good things I’ve heard. They did not disappoint. The max and cheese wasn’t my favorite but the fresh chicken strips, yummy fries, authentic street tacos and birria tacos were to DIE for. Price was top tier compared to the quality and quantity of food you get! I’ll definitely be back to Reno just for VISTRO!

I keep coming back here because it's convenient, the food is fine, and it's relatively inexpensive for the area. But the consistency of service is wildly disappointing. About half of the time I come the service is good, but my order is incorrect or incomplete. I say the service is still good because they fixed my order without issue on most of those incidents. Tonight, the person working the counter ignored me at the pick up window until my husband walked up, they and I had a language barrier, they were alone with only the cook, and said it was only their 2nd night. Poor thing was NOT set up for success as an employee and the customer experience was most definitely not considered. I do like this place, but I want to love it. I want to recommend it to people, which right now I do not. But they have *got* to work on their training, their management, and making their POS system more user friendly for their counter staff (navigating their own system is an issue I've seen most of them have).

Bruh the food is so good because I like pickles I got the new school but it was so good. The fries are even good A DAY OLD. The ranch was good. And the Cajun fries were VERY Cajun it was so good!! 10 out of 10 would recommend. Also it's very convenient if your out late. This is now probably gonna be my go to.

Went at around 1230 on a Saturday night. There was no wait, but I found out soon that they deserve one. I got the reversed smash burger. It was basically perfect. Patties had the perfect amount of sear on them, the bread had a touch of toast, the cheese was melted, and the sauce complimented it all perfectly. I got the garlic fries. This was my ONLY complaint. I should note that I’m a bit of a snob when it comes to food. I do not like garlic from the jar. I can’t prove that the garlic was jarred, but I’m pretty sure it was. It just sort of has that taste. This being said, the fries without the jarred garlic on them were great. Great crisp on the outside and fluff on the inside. And, to top everything off, the guy who rang me up was awesome (I didn’t catch his name). It was my first time there and he helped me through my inability to pick something. He was super friendly and I told him I’m coming back to try the chicken sandwiches he stands by.
