I stopped by V’s Churro Bar while visiting Reno and I’m SO glad I did! I ordered a churro with Nutella, almonds, and Oreo ice cream—and wow, it was absolutely delicious. The churro was perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and paired with the creamy Oreo ice cream and rich Nutella, it was next-level indulgent.
On top of that, the customer service was incredible. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and made the experience feel extra special. You can tell they really care about both their treats and their customers.
If you’re in the area and have a sweet tooth, don’t miss this place! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Reno.

Came by to get my kid some ice cream. Attendant was nowhere to be found. Waited five minutes, rang bell. Friendly fella came out and said he'd be right with me. Waited another five minutes. Decided to go to Junkee and swing by on our way out. No sign of life. What's he doing back there? Ended up going to Cold Stone.

10 dollars for a small ice cream cookie sandwich. The ice cream was like soft serve and the cookies were hard so literally took 1 bite and all the ice cream squirted out of the cookie. Basically inedible and12.50 for a small cup of strawberries and condensed milk . Prices are absolutely insane! And not worth it. 28 bucks for a small inedible ice cream sandwich and a cup of strawberries.

Food was absolutely terrible. Well, not the worst. The FUNNEL CAKES were the worst. They were cooked in some disgusting oil that tasted like hair oil or something, which left a gross strong aftertaste for a minute. Way too overpriced! Poor quality foods, for such high prices. I could literally get better at a fair/carnival.

This was my first time trying this place, i found about it in a Instagram post. It looked delicious so I decided to try it out. But when I went up to order i wanted to order mini pancakes but the worker said “we don’t have pancakes” I said “oh you ran out of it?” She just laughed didn’t answer my question. So I said “okay Can i get 4 funnel cakes” she said “huh” multiple times, and i literally said “4 funnel cakes” and she just said “okay” and asked for a bag of churros. When my order was ready she just gave me one funnel cake and not only that but the churros weren’t cooked all the way it was like raw inside. I am going to stick with my usual place which is Churros Huesos.

So, it's in a public mall, which can be loud to some of us. Otherwise, V's rocks! I made a delivery there. It was awkward at first as there was an issue with the order and I almost returned what I was delivering. I am glad I didn't. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and convinced me to return off the clock to try the churros. I lived on The Border for many years and loved the fresh pastries and breads. V's reminded me of those experiences. The churro was delicious and tender. I had the coconut and caramel added. I just wish I had Cafe De Olla to go with this. It was heavenly and fresh. I want to try a sundae the next time I go by. I highly recommend V's for an authentic, sweet treat.
