Food that lives up to its menu! When I went.. the owner was there.. So it was really good service. Everything was really good and cooked from the only guy in the back bc of staffing shortage, and the dude did a bang-up job for being by himself.. i was really impressed even though they are facing disadvantages.

The food is just not good , I have this place a couple tries and it's disappointing. Burgers are greasy and won't hold together and the lettuce tastes funky , Every shake I've tried tastes cheap almost like dollar tree candy . Overall not worth the price .

We came here for lunch on Veterans Day and there was just one employee working the front during the lunch rush. It was fine and we got our food quickly but we couldn’t get shakes because it was too busy, they should have had more people working. This location is in the food court so the atmosphere was so so. The food was pretty good, I got the classic burger with onion rings, I would have liked the rings better with fry sauce. My husband got the bacon burger with fries and he liked it.

Trevor at the front counter is an absolute legend giving the best customer service ive ever received, and the cooks make the food spot on always hitting that spot i was craving. From the burgers to the fries everything tastes fresh and well seasoned id eat here everyday if i could.
This was my first time eating here. Well worth the $15*. The cashier Melissa was very friendly, helpful, and patient while I couldn't make up my mind. I will definitely be eating here often to try their other burgers.

I ordered a burger with cheese curds and a strawberry milkshake. I wasn't able to finish my food, I felt the burger was a little off. The cheese curds were overcooked, and the milkshake was subpar. After going home, I had diarrhea for 4 hours and was throwing up. I do not recommend it. Lastly, the man at the register in a wheelchair had superb customer service.

The hamburger was good, but the female owner was rude. I brought a sandwich and shake for a homeless person. She told me, I can donate my money somewhere else instead of buying meals for those people. I told her I like to set good examples for my son and pay it forward. She ignored him, and she didn't want to talk to him. Everyone deserves the same respect and compassion as others, plus it's my money. I will not go there again. Even though she says she donates to another charity, she just seems very rude.

When i went to order my food, they told me they weren't taking orders becuz they were behind. So i ordered online and walked around the mall.... went to pick my order up when it was ready and everything was wrong..... my marshmallow shake didn't have marshmallows, and my single mustard and pickle burger was a double, and my double mayo onion lettuce and tomato was a single. Nothing was right.... idk where the focus was but it wasnt on the food
