This location seems to have a good amount of volume for the amount of food they sell the food tends to be a little better than other locations

Walked in to get breakfast was standing at the counter for 5 minutes workers looked at me but no one helped me there was no one in the drive thru so I walked out

Delighted with David's attention, very attentive and very patient. What I found unpleasant was the attention of the shift manager, she treats the employees very badly.

Went inside on Friday night and stood in line for over 15 minutes and no one was taking orders at the register. I finally asked the manager if there was anyone to take all of our orders and was told "they were too busy." Really??
There where six people back there and we where in line for 30 minutes and know one came to help us so we left and went to in and out

I go in the evening for work lunch and every time I go the service is horrible. I order ahead and press asap so my food is ready. But it’s never made on time. It’s always prepared when I get there and on top of that my burger is always messed up. I say no cheese yet get cheese. How is it so hard to put less on a burger. Management does nothing to get the staff moving. It takes a thousand years just for someone to ask if you have been helped. Then acting like u don’t know English so you don’t have to deal with customers is a no no. Work from home if you don’t want to interact with people. I stay away from this Wendy’s and go to in and out around the corner

We ordered 2 biggie bags and they forgot our chicken nuggets for both. No one to talk to when we paid for 2 biggie bags!!

I arrived at this Wendy’s after 12 hour shift and ordered the ghost chili ranch chicken sandwich. They completely forgot to give me my drink which was fine by me because I barely drink soda, but they completely gave me the wrong sandwich and also added bacon. I am a Muslim and was very offended by this, I went back to the store and asked for the correct order and the manager met me with a very hostile attitude and tried to tell me the sandwich you gave me was correct. I had to back up in the drive-through take a picture of the sandwich and show him before he stopped arguing with me , then he proceeded to tell A Muslim is Supposed to act. He is not a Muslim. This was a very disrespectful and very inconveniencing experience. I will be contacting the general manager. I have been in the food industry for more than 14 years and I am completely appalled by my experience tonight

Basic old skool Wendys. Good luck getting napkins and straws here. Everything is locked up behind the counter due to homeless.

By far the worst and most inconsistent Wendy’s in Reno. Half the time they either get my order wrong (ie forgetting the chicken in my chicken Caesar salad). Or using old ingredients (dry burger patties). Every time I’ve spoken to a manager about this they have either given excuses, been extremely rude, or both.
In N Out and jack in the box are right down the street, I’d suggest you try over there instead.

This is the Wendy's closest to me,which is why I keep trying. My order is wrong a solid 90% of the time. Today was the worst. EVERTHING I ordered was wrong. I didn't have time to go back so just had to toss it. I do appreciate fast service, but accuracy counts too. I'll wait a few more minutes for the correct order.
I'm guessing this specific location receives a higher volume of customers considering being in the busy Keystone vicinity. Regardless of this. they're very prompt and always professional here. Lots of praise to the management team for keeping up with demand and training employees on politeness and courtesy!
