Got a 10pc chicken nugget, all were old and cold/shriveled up, and they only gave 8 or 9 nuggets. They forgot to give any dipping sauce and gave us the wrong large drink. Extremely unprofessional etiquette. I understand having a bad day, but come on! I would give 0 stars if I could

Watch for your receipt. The lady spoke literally so fast and was horrific on taking my order. She over charged and couldn’t understand, the manager did. Poor customer service. Hire people who can do their Job please

I recently visited the Wendy's on West 5th Street in Reno, Nevada, and unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. After two separate visits, I can confidently say that this location is the worst.

During both visits, I specifically requested freshly made food, a request that went unheard. Instead, I received items that were clearly not fresh and did not meet the standards I expect from Wendy's. It's disheartening to feel ignored as a customer, especially when you are looking forward to a satisfying meal.

To make matters worse, I attempted to call the number on my receipt to address my concerns, but my call was forwarded to a personal cell phone, rather than the restaurant itself. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

I believe that all the employees and supervisors at this location need to be held accountable for the poor service and quality I encountered. I am truly disappointed to have wasted my money here, and I hope management takes action to improve the experience for future customers.

I eat here often. I'm usually happy with my experience. My latest was not so good. It was an online order. Simple order including my lately usual - a baked potato. It's always delicious but this time it wasn't. The texture of the skin was rough and chewy and tasted expired. I simply asked for extra butter by the cashier had an attitude and denied my request. I walked away and she spoke loudly at me (so everyone can hear) that my receipt didn't show i paid for extra butter. My intent was to avoid sharing that I was served a possibly rotten potato. But her attitude caused this review to be written.
