Usually I would give them a five star because they are very fast, but the last time I was there the meat was very very well done and my stomach did not agree! But most times they are five star!

Super quick service, and the food was really good. This is one of the good Wendy's, you guys.
Vegetarian options: If you're cool with fries and cookies and stuff, this is your place. But 97% of it has some form of animal meat.
I was acknowledged by a manager when i walked in but she just walked away and started talking to another worker. The girl that took our order was rude and had no personality. Acted like she didn't want to be there. Kinda sets a mood for other people. Overall the food was good and restaurant was clean.

I am never eating Wendy’s again in the Reno/Sparks area. I’ve tried it too many times at too many locations thinking it would be like what I used to normally get from Wendy’s.
This is the fourth Wendy’s location I have been to in the area where: - the buns are stale - the beef is dry - the bacon is dry - the food is barely warm - the cheese is not melted and is dry - there are 6 tiny pieces (quarter strips is what they looked like) of bacon instead of 6 strips of bacon, which is what I am paying for and why the Son of Baconator is $6.99 just for the sandwich. I can get an incredibly delicious, freshly made burger and fries at Denny’s down the street for $8.99, sitting down at a table where someone brings it to me, the food is hot and fresh, and I don’t get charged extra for dipping sauce and the fries are amazing, and the workers aren’t rude, unresponsive, or angry. It’s absurd.
I didn’t dare to get fries with the order since they have consistently tasted old, over-cooked, dry, just gross, at all the other Wendy’s I’ve been to in the area.
No thank you. I don’t know what happened to Wendy’s but it is extremely disappointing. If my expectations are too high so be it, but their quality in particular was drastically higher even just 2-3 years ago, and has always been better than other fast food; no longer. I would truly rather eat McDonald’s, which I’m not going to do since their food is almost as gross. Never again. Yuck.
