Food is ok. Super inconsistent on the burgers fries are good. Pricing seems a little bit higher than it should be

I prefer the value meals, and I typically have the "Biggie Bag" meals. I did upsize the meal; however, I wasn't expecting a $9.08 value meal.

Normally a drink cup is presented at checkout so that you can select and prepare your drink to your preferred style; ice quantity, mix, etc. Not here. This is the first Wendy's restaurant I've ever visited that has no self service drinks. NO REFILLS. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I won't return to this Wendy's.

Some McDonald's restaurants are doing this (no drink refills) I won't return to them either.

Whatever, these business aren't getting it; we Don't NEED THEM, they need us. Hopefully they get that before they go out of business.

This was the worst meal ever. I have gone there before and wasn’t happy with what I had but decided to try again. Ordered the asiago Chicken Sandwich. Got back to work and opened the wrapper which said chicken and inside was a double hamburger with onion, ketchup and lettuce. I don’t eat red meat and don’t like onions or ketchup on my sandwich. I gave it to a coworker and didn’t have lunch. Plus the bun was soggy. I tried to call that location to tell them and they don’t answer the phone. Advice- DONT GO THERE! It doesn’t even deserve a 1!!!

First off, the service was horrible. Waited 20 mins with no line just to be told to hang on again when i could order. Then when i got my order my fries were room temp and so were my nuggets. I asked them politely to remake the fries and nuggets as the temp was an issue and instead they just repackaged it and said here you go. I was over so i took it home and decided ill just deal with it. I literally live less than 5 mins away mind you but when i got home your burger was undercooked and still pink and the chicken nuggets made me so sick its ridiculous. I will not be coming back here. As someone that manages in food service those kids back there will hurt somebody with raw meat and undercooked food. Please train them right. Will not be back and be requesting corporates number.

I'm leaving this horrible review as a dent on the shiny exterior of this establishment.
However the food is pretty good and the service has been swell from most all employees except for one I will mention and the atmosphere is usually clean and quiet and as it should be.

The manager or the short Mexican that is often making sandwiches and looking over the metal wall that separates him there from the order register is a piece of work.
I let him know that the flag was no longer being lit and that it was a violation of US code to have a US flag up at night without lit.
He told me he wasn't going to do anything!!!
He told me that he doesn't have to!!!!
Guess what????
I sent corporate an email and the next time I visited to check to see if that light was lit, Well I was a little bit early that day!!!
And that light was lit that night because when I came in that full remembered who I am and he got that letter back from corporate and he immediately went out there and changed that light bulb right in front of me without ever saying a word!!!!!
I gave him a thumbs up at the time because he at least did it.
But I shouldn't have to pull strings to get normal operation of business to happen without being a douchebag to me the customer!!!!!!!!!

I hope they fire him because they can honestly do better!!!!!

I'm no longer a customer here and I'm no longer a customer at Northtowne Lane Wendy's because they royally screwed up my order that was going to be eaten after 100 mi trip and because in California they charged extra for the food unlike Nevada.
I mean like for a $1.61, I can eat like a king in Nevada But that same option and deal doesn't exist in California without paying almost triple.
So as of today I'm no longer Wendy's customer whatsoever and will be giving away my free junior Frosty keychain that cost $3 then this is the third one in a row I have purchased. I'm going to give it away to anybody that can accept your bullcrap!!
Cuz it ain't me no more dude!!!
I'm done with the messed up orders I'm done with the poor attitude I'm done with the customer last behavior.

I hope you all go home and eat what you've made for yourself but I hope somebody else there made it for you and I hope you're equally as impressed when you open that up and find out that it's not what you ordered!!!!

Don't even think about going and getting a job at the gigafactory Panasonic or Tesla because you don't have what it takes!!!!!

Vegetarian options: Don't come here unless you like poor service or attitude and incorrect food.

Dietary restrictions: I don't even have to tell you about the dietary restrictions because whatever you order there they're going to restrict it by screwing it up!!!
Another going to come at you with a bad attitude because you let them know that they screwed up.
This also qualifies if the Northtowne Lane store

Kid-friendliness: The kids behind the counter pretty friendly!!

Wheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair accessible.
The door will not open automatically but you can get up to it.

Ordered and paid for cheese on my spicy chicken but they put onions and pickles on instead. I was already on I-80 when I realized it. Was disgusting.

I changed my 5 star to a 3 star due to the temperature in the restaurant which was about at least 80° also I paid extra for Baconator fries only to have stale chunks of bacon put on top of it instead of it being bits like it should be.

I had to try the Krabby Patty burger. The guy at the drive through was really cool. Very nice and friendly. The burger was hot and fresh and delicious. I must of gotten lucky because I never have gotten a burger like that from a fast food place. Either that or this particular Wendy’s know what’s up.

I've been eating Baconaters for a long time,
this one was the worst I've ever had. It was not made the way Corporate tells how to make one. Who's idea was it to put all that ketchup on it. This was my first, and last time I will go to this store!!!!!!!!

I had come from my sons doctor appointment and I had to use the restroom and I said excuse me,no one come. a lady saw me but didnt help me.
