It's a Wendy's connected to a gas station with a liquor store so pretty cool easy and easy out food was just as good as any other Wendy's I was very happy I chose this place for lunch

I ordered three biggie bags at the kiosk and first didn't receive my receipt, then when I did get my food the cashier tried to pass off giving me three small drinks instead of the mediums I paid for, and I could audibly hear her call me and my friends liars to her coworkers. When I spoke to a different one she found my receipt and gave me the correct drinks. But not without glaring at me and walking to the back to gossip with her coworkers. Horrible experience

They need to remove the guy who can't hardly speak or understand English from the drive through window, no reason I should have to give him an English lesson to understand what heavy mayo means.

This is the WORST Wendy’s in all of Reno. They take no pride in making sure the food they put out is at least warm. Terrible customer service. There’s a larger gentleman there always in a bad mood. Seems like they just trying to save and make money there not in the business to serve quality food for fast food at least.

Spicey chicken sandwich plain with cheese. Can't go wrong.
Waited in line for 20 minutes without being acknowledged then had to leave without getting food. Terrible service all around. Bad management. Poor customer service skills. Will continue going to the Wendy's by Winco best store ever.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Fries were old and overcooked. My real complaint is about the employees! Really, really loud in the kitchen and behind the counter. I couldn't have a conversation with my husband who was sitting with me. It's outrageous that these 3 employees could make this much noise! I couldn't understand what they were saying but they were extremely loud!
