I didn’t catch name of the person working drive through tonight around 5:45, but she was obnoxiously rude. I haven’t seen or been treated like from anyone in the service industry. If you can’t deal with people get to the back. I’m not for just firing people but she needs to be let go or moved to a position where she doesn’t deal with customers. This Wendy’s has always treated me right. Whether is was the promptness on the food or the friendly people at the window.

To my friends at Wendy's, I've come here to write a review on this place. Thank you for staying positive in your community, and thank you for making a difference. There are three items I love on the menu. The grilled chicken wrap, the plain baked potato, and the chili beans (plain). The onions and the cheese don't do your chili beans any justice. I love to pour the chili beans over my plain baked potato. And that chili sauce you have in that little packet is heaven, but you need to put it in a bottle and sell it. Sell it in stores. I would be the first one to buy it. And that grilled chicken wrap, I hope it stays on the menu. This chicken wrap is packed with flavor and so much chicken, it entices the tastebuds. You truly do have delicious food. Yes it is a bit expensive, but everything is going up these days. I still love your food though. I would like to make a few suggestions: A pizza burger would be nice, and what about a peanut butter and jelly frosty? I also love the chicken nuggets. So crispy, hot, and ready to go. There are some really valuable items on the menu, and I would love that pizza burger and peanut butter and jelly frosty. Come up with some more new ideas, and I will continue to support you. Thank you for all that you do, Wendy's. You are better than most fast food places on the block, because you provide real and authentic service. A lot of fast food places don't have value, authenticity, nor quality. So thank you again, Wendy's. Keep shining your spotlight.

Staff service is poor, ordered through drive thru and what I received was not what I ordered. My card was charged and no receipt given at first window, at second window where I received my order I was missing items, when I inquired with staff member I was told my order was correct, I stated that no receipt was given, so I thought my order was missing the items I ordered.The lady at the window gave me a smug look and walked away and the manager came and produced a receipt for me to verify charges.

Absolutely awful drive-thru, always backed up, always messes up orders, never offers you a receipt, and regardless of the size you order your meal, they will assume it is a medium. They don't read back your order and half the time you can't make out the screen because of glare or dirt. Even when you confirm that you want your meal as a large, the second window will hold out a medium drink, then if you correct them they look at you like a thief. Despicable and inhospitable.

Was getting gas next door and then went through the drive thru. The service and the server were excellent despite the long line. Server was upbeat and our food was hot. Fries could have been a little bit better but overall excellent.Gave only 2 stars for "atmosphere" because it's a fast food joint. If you want atmosphere find a restaurant that doesn't have a drive thru

Ugh. They shorted my drive-through order by one box of fries and one order of chicken nuggets. Which one of my children should not get their lunch today? And to top it off, the employee was super rude to me. The food we got was what you'd expect for cheap fast food, but after receiving such poor service, we won't go back to this location.

The last two orders were messed up. Tonight's order was a loaded nacho double cheeseburger but they gave me a loaded nacho chicken sandwich (single, not double) and in both orders they forgot the sauce for the chicken nuggets. I remembered to check this time for the sauce but I didn't think to check the burger. The sandwich was still tasty but the nuggets were room temp.
