Person in drive through seems as though they genuinely have a hatred of people. I normally don't post negative comments, I let bad service go. Some people have bad days. But. Still. Make at least an effort not to be dreadful.

We went through the drive thru and the person at the window was rude, he gave us a diet Coke which we didn't order and we gave it back, he had attitude we ordered 1 Dave's double without cheese, he didn't get the order right told him about it and we received more attitude from him. Will not go there again we spent 35 dollars on crap.

We walked in, looked at the menu and wasn't greeted with a smile, just what would you like.. seemed like he was bored. We ordered and I didn't hear what he said so I asked and he just looked at me like I was dumb so I said we're you giving me the total?he just stared at me without repeating my order so I just paid, we ate and left. We won't be back but I will say food was good.

Employees refused to unlock the 2nd restroom for customers because they wanted to save that one for the Employees themselves. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Restroom that was available had no toilet paper and was very unclean. Customers were having to use napkins for toilet paper and to dry hands. As far as the food we waited over 30 minutes for 5 hamburgers that were only alright.
I don't know what has happened with Wendy's, but it seems they decided to become elite all of a sudden, within the last year or so. Their burgers and fries are consistently hot and fresh when I go and I've been pleasantly surprised by their salads. I may be new to the salad game and not disappointed at all. Filling, fresh with good combinations. Not to mention, affordable in this overly expensive world!

It's been 20 years since I've been to a Wendy's, probably another 20 before I go back. Gave the wrong chicken nuggets, didn't even ask if I wanted sauce with the ones I got, gave me 5 when there should've been 6, gave me the receipt from someone else's order so I couldn't see if I was overcharged. Choc. Frosty was laughably small (for a medium). Baconator burger was actually pretty good so I'm giving two stars, barely.

I stopped by today and the drive through team was friendly and efficient and my order was accurate. I hardly had to wait at all! The food was fresh & hot and tasted great. Perfect for a quick lunch on the go.
