Delicious food, nice portions. Very friendly service. Decent prices
Excellent hole in the wall restaurant. Biscuits and gravy with eggs to order was very tasty.
Fantastic! How did we not know this place is here? The food is WONDERFUL, reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly and quick with whatever you need!
This is definitely our new favorite breakkie spot!
Great food and service. The best deal for breakfast in town. Family owned restaurant with a variety of dishes. Great selection of coffee from around the world.
Coffee is excellent! Had the chilaquiles with chorizo--very good!
Literally the worst espresso I have ever had in my life. Tasted like burnt sadness in a cup.
Excellent food with professional service. Thank you for the refreshing experience.
Nice dinner feeling. Seems like the owners are involved in the business. Service was great food was a little cold but the seasoning was good.
Inexpensive and delicious
This was our first time trying Westside Cafe! We had a hankering for a comfort food breakfast and Westside showed up on the Uber Eats app. Food delivery can often leave a lot to be desired but this order was perfect! Our family enjoyed the all meat omelet, divorced benedict, burger, fries, chicken fried steak, and sides of bacon and sausage. Everything was made to perfection and (unlike a lot of delivery orders) they included plenty of condiments, napkins, and utensils. It’s so awesome to get everything you need and to have such tasty food! I want to note that we LOVED that the burger wasn’t overcooked. It was pink and juicy; exactly how a burger should be!

First the positives that I experienced
Soup was really hot and very tasty.
Minestrone. It was pretty spicy though.
The bread that comes with the soup is delicious!
It’s would be a cozy first date place.
What I found to be unpleasant
The uncomfortable chairs and flimsy tables,
The service was blah,
It seems as though the ventilation is not good at all because the one room restaurant was filled with smoke from grease,
And not in a good diner smell way unfortunately.
I would have to say I would not eat here again.
Waiting for tires to be replaced, we thought we’d try this place we’d never seen before. Atmosphere was chill.
Coffee was much better than your average diner fare, with a nice medium house roast. It had notes of earth and caramelized sugar. Highly recommend the brew coffee; while medium it was full of interesting and satisfying flavor. It was great with a tiny splash of cream also.
The glass cup had a chip but the server was graceful and happy to replace it with an undamaged mug. We got the classic cheeseburger and soup. The minestrone soup was full of flavor and body - but might be a little too spicy for some people.
The cheeseburger was not good.
Very undercooked. In a couple places it still looked like raw hamburger, and it was almost all bright pink. They offered to remake it, but I asked for a bowl of soup instead.
I tried a couple of the fries and they were tasty.
It seems like a cozy nice local place, and the service was average. I can understand all the positive reviews, but the prices are a little high and they left a negative first impression.
They seem like they put a lot of work and pride into their place, it was very clean, but we came in right before close and maybe that affected our experience.
Overall, probably will not return.
Food was terrific. Home made tortilla soup with delicious salad! Small place but pretty busy. Specially coffee shop, smelled great. Reasonable prices.
A nice family own restaurant and reasonable prices. I would definitely come back.
