The only reason I didn't give the 5, because it's little bit pricey. For a late and 2 eggs 1 small sausage 2 bacon ? almost 20 dollars. Very friendly welcoming and they seem to care about you and if you enjoy the meal.I would come back any time am in town
My first time being here with my brother and mannnnnn, I got to say the breakfast here was amazing!!! I had the biscuit and gravy also sunny side up eggs with potatoes my brother had the special and we were amazed how it was cooked and presented I recommend anybody that’s looking for a good breakfast.
On the way to the airport and wanted to get in a good breakfast. Wet Hen Cafe is amazing!!!! Fantastic breakfast. Bacon and biscuits and gravy were phenomenal. Not to mention how incredibly nice the service was. What a gem!!
The positive part of my rating is based on the excellent food, cozy physical atmosphere, and easy parking. This place can be a little hard to find, as it is tucked into a little strip of shops, and the food is pricey, but those are just neutral FYIs. My main reason for only giving three stars is that we arrived at 1:15 today--they close at 2:00--but they were already furiously sweeping and mopping the place and counting money. It is a small place and a staff member was sweeping inches from us all around us as we ate (the food came fairly quickly). To compound the uncomfortable feeling that they wanted to rush us out of there, at 1:55, my dining companion wanted to grab a second cup of coffee but they had already emptied the pot without even asking if she wanted another cup (we were the only ones there at that point in the small physical space). Either a place is open until 2:00 or it's not. It was extremely rude and uncomfortable. Although the treatment would be different at earlier times, this negative message was such that neither of us is likely to return or to recommend the place to others.
Ordered the croissant sandwich and it was pretty good. Wish it had a sauce or additional flavor. Quick service and great atmosphere.
Just stopped for cocoa and a muffin to go. Really friendly folks and a menu I'm anxious to try. I will be back.
Fantastic breakfast! We can’t wait to come back for lunch.I had the hungry rooster breakfast platter and everything was cooked perfectly. My wife had the eggs Benedict and she said they were wonderful. The place was very cute and clean. The staff was super friendly.Wonderful experience, thank you!
Food was ok. But I paid $14 for 4 pieces of sausage, eggs, and hash browns?! That's a lot of money for not much food. I won't be back, and don't recommend this place.
A friend and I popped in for lunch yesterday -- charming decor, warm atmosphere, friendly service, and really great food. I don't live in Reno, but, if I did, I would stop by more frequently. The place just makes you feel good!
Good honest food. Not pretentious at all. You have to order at the counter and get your own coffee but it doesn't detract at all. I had a bacon and cheese omlette and it was very good - the bacon was freshly made, not just added in from something they had cooked awhile before. It was a good meal!

Had the Pot Pie and Green Saladwith Honey Basalmic dressing. Both were very, very good and I would highly recommend.
Nice little breakfast spot with the most excellent service! Food was good, small portions but definitely enough. Good location with a comfy feel. Very nice spot
A cozy little breakfast stop with friendly staff and a delicious menu. Portions are a tad small for my liking, but the flavor more than makes up for it.
Very friendly and accommodating staff! Food was delicious! We flew into Reno last night and wanted a good breakfast before making our way to South Lake Tahoe area. This was a perfect find! Unique flavors, fresh ingredients, spot on portions sizes. Definitely worth the stop!
Really quaint French bistro for breakfast. I had a quiche Lorraine with a side of fruit, we also had a vegetable omelette, and the big hand breakfast bacon potatoes eggs toast etc. the coffee is really good, the service is excellent. Really appreciate it Katie service keeping a coffee cup is full.
