I was super excited to visit this property for the 1st time. It came highly recommended. The initial booking was fine. When we tried to move the reservation up one day, the person who took the call was very rude and kept trying to reason with I should have never been booked under the promo I was booked under and tried to charge me double. It took several phone calls to get this straightened out.
We were placed in the "newly renovated tower". Really? There are stains all over that room, worn down furniture. Peeling wallpaper in the bathrooms, moisture stains, rotten grout. We could not even walk on the carpet without shoes because we stepped on hard plastic clothing tags. Obviously the room had not been vacuumed. There was hair all over the entire bathroom, especially around the sink. Lots of dirt and grime and an empty alcohol bottle left in the bathroom from the people before. I placed my black shirt over a chair and when I went to put it on was covered by really think patches of a hair like substance. The cabinet to the beverage cooler was broke. The headboard pieces were covered with dust. And something that looked bloody on the chair.
We watched housekeeping dragging a large decorative pillow that are on the beds down the dirty hallway carpet. When we asked for blankets, tp and water, we were told 45 minutes to which they only brought the blankets. The person delivering thrust them at my husband. When we got the text to see if we received our stuff. We replied that we did not and they stated it would be another 45 minutes. We told them never mind, but they knocked on the door at 2:30am with water and still no tp. Again, the person delivering was not nice to my husband. He said he was very rude and seemed agitated. So were we, it was 2:30am!
The only positive thing I will say, is that the staff at the bowling alley were all amazing!

Looks like they lost a s*** ton of money in the first quarter of superbowl! They shut down the app soon after they lost it! The app is a complete joke if it's a major game,fight, or race! They lose and shut it down! B**********

Unreliable. They write tickets in the morning under one set of rules and then home office change the rules with a memo to the worker ticket writers at 7 pm....unbeknownst to the public until they try to cash. They have rules but revoke the rules when it suits them.....example rained out yankee/clever game 5. Ticket over/under written with no deviation from the rules indicated on the ticket .....but WAS indicated on the side bet tickets where it clearly stated ticket has action till whenever it's ends. In a 7 pm memo they decided to make the over/under bet tickets follow the stated exception rules on the side bet tickets . Worth reporting

The cashiers at the sportsbook has poor customer service skills. Not friendly at all. The lady who works at the sports bar that just uses a face shield is not so friendly. These people seem to hate their jobs. We come here to spend so much money on football and all they give us is some crappy a** beer for our drink tickets.

Be very careful in going to this place by yourself. There are predators that watch if you win and follow you out and steal your money. It is not safe!!!!!

William Hill has zero customer support, they call 10+ year members liars. After sending 2 emails with no response and another to the VP of marketing with no response while also being called a liar at the sportsbook I've decided to switch to the Atlantis sportsbook. Already 10xs better. Williamhills app is always broken, or so it seems. Their rewards program is a joke. They get by offering horrible lines, the worst customer service and by far the worst app because they have a monopoly in Nevada. Not to mention every bet you take they try to give you worse odds than what is readily available as you are placing the wager. There are other options though. I would not wager another dollar with this company.
It's located on kiosks about Reno and the world of sports is laid out in all its glory for those knowledgeable and well healed enough to take a chance

I came to the William Hill Sportsbook at the Grand Sierra in Reno and made a football bet on the 7th of October(in the morning). My one bet was on the 49ers to win ( they were playing that evening) and Patriots game over. After watching both games I went back in to William Hill Sportsbook to claim my money I won. To my surprise, I received nothing. The 49ers easily covered the bet that evening (7th of October), however the gentleman at the counter made my bet on the 49ers a week away, before that evening game had even been played. I feel cheated and let them know but obviously nothing is going change. My bets will never be at William Hill Sportsbook again!

Following a great meal at the RIM my date and I attempted to retrieve a cocktail. Understandably it was busy so I patiently waited my turn at the bar, making eye contact with the server, who was standing directly in front of me... I guess I should have giggled and showed my boobs, as he blatantly passed me by and served the young lady seated at the bar next to me. I might add when I began my wait she was still at half a drink, and didn't even ask. One should not assume everyone is a tourist and treat them accordingly, one might be regular who lives 10 minutes away...hence, me. I will now find another country venue in Reno and never return.
