I ordered delivery from this location and ended up having my order stolen by the driver. I called this Wingstop to get a refund, they assured me I’d get a refund, but I never got my money back. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had ordering delivery from here, but it’s definitely going to be my last. Don’t order delivery from here.

The food might not take 20+ minutes for a single 10pc combo if the workers weren’t sitting there gossiping and crap the entire time. Talk, chat, have fun but there’s no reason it should take this long to get food out when the store is essentially empty

The restaurant overall is well kept, and the staff was super nice! I get home though and I noticed the ranch didn’t taste right, and I saw after a moment that my ranch dip is super clumpy with darkish lumps. I attached a picture because it was just really gross. I didn’t even eat my food because it really wasn’t appetizing anymore…

Wings were terrible, just had a funky taste, fries seemed frozen, were kinda hard, and they put barley any sauce on there. Soda machine is broken or something cause there was no fizz in their drinks so that was gross. They got my order wrong, all in all, not a good wingstop location, very nastey.

Yo like my guy you have one job to make sure the whole order goes in the bag literally 95% of your job description and my guy can’t do that. Like ranch dipping is 95% of the order can’t be forgetting that. Honestly the one job I can’t wait for Ai to take. Did not them fries well done
