Yo like my guy you have one job to make sure the whole order goes in the bag literally 95% of your job description and my guy can’t do that. Like ranch dipping is 95% of the order can’t be forgetting that. Honestly the one job I can’t wait for Ai to take. Did not them fries well done

I ordered delivery online, and the food was good, but initially I didn’t get it. The app was telling me it was delivered, but it wasn’t. When I called the store the employee that answered was rude, and told me to call DoorDash, but I ordered online the Wingstop app, not DoorDash. So, then they told me they would call Doordash to get credit for the order. I finally did get my order, but it was an hour and a half late.
I order wings from wing stop at least 3 times a month, my wife gets chicken tenders. 90% of the time they are great. Tonight was not great nor good. Wings were highly overcooked, dry like jerkey. Her chicken tenders were okay, minus the little unidentified battered things. I guess the quality depends on who it's cooking on certain nights? Because nothing is consistent.

I walked up to place my order, and in the mid ordering process, the cashier stopped walked away to do something else and completely ignored me, leaving me their still putting in my order until she finished doing what took her attention from taking my order she . My whole mood, demeanor change after that. And I didn't enjoy the food in the environment

The employees are respectful and are always busting their tails to do everything to the best of their abilities. I only go back for the service!!

This place use to offer free drinks to doordash drivers and got there panties in a twist and won't do it anymore pretty sad they make so much money and they won't do it anymore
