Best wingstop in reno no joke. I stopped visiting the other wingstops because their fries are always super salty and the wings soggy. But these guys know their shit. I keep coming back. The louisiana rub and hot honey rub are fire.

The staff need training on customer service. First time to try this new location. The staff and the kid that took my order stopped and started to help the register next to me… it was so bad I finally stepped away from the counter until he he finally looked at me and said continue… not sorry, no apology for the dismissive behavior.. then I realized I was the only person not speaking Spanish. Apparently I need to learn Spanish to eat at this location. Absolutely horrible experience.

Although I really appreciate the employee whom called me back to let me know they had forgotten to put some of the items in the bag for my pick up, when I went to retrieve the items I overheard the manager telling her employees that they better not do that again. That if they forget to put something in the bag and the customer doesn’t double check or complain, absolutely do not call them back. So thank you to the employee but manger should do better.

The wing here are great. Seemes like new equipment makes a difference. And the location is very convenient and seem to get a lot of business..plus I have picked up a lot of dash orders here too so thats great! A little small but perfect for just pick up and go..

I wouldn’t recommend this Wingstop. It’s been the worst one I’ve been to. Not because of the people but because of the food. I was at home about to eat some of my Louisiana rib wings and saw that 3 out of 4 of them were burnt. I had to eat the 4 that were somewhat hard as well. Then as me and my daughter were eating my Lemmon pepper fries I tasted mold. I looked at the bottom of the fries and saw they were a bit black. They were cold to touch. As if the burnt wings weren’t already disappointing. Never had this experience at any other stores.
