I highly suggest you guys take a break and reinvent yourselves. I had you guys’ food before, mediocre. Today I tried your “pop up” smash burgers at FTF Idlewild. That was chaotic, took 40 minutes to get my burger that was pretty much trash. Not to mention how trashy the set up was in the back, wouldn’t be surprised if I had gotten sick. The cook was pissed and other’s walking out on him. He stayed and gave his best. But I don’t blame them, it’s the owners/management. The image you guys had out there today was embarrassing. I hate to see local businesses go down like that but it’s never too late to redeem yourselves.

Our company had made an arrangement for their food truck to come. During the day they did not come bcz they said they had a flat tire and at night they did not come bcz they said it was windy, it was not wind at our site at all. A lot of our associates and managers were looking forward and excited to this food truck fusion so most of them did not bring their food. It was very disappointing. No communications at all until our POC called them. Very unreliable and WILL NOT recommend to anyone and do business with them. Thank you.
The owner is rude and doesn't care about making things right when he serves scrappy food. Should be a zero star.

Ordered chicken and got beef even after I was told I ordered beef. I guess my receipt was wrong and it was so well done I wouldn't feed it to my dog.

I walked in around 11:30 to grab some tocino for lunch but they took 40min to make my food. They had two people doing something and the other two talked. After 30min of waiting I asked one of them the status of my order and they said “I just got here” and so I left. Very disappointed with the service. They had no costumer after I ordered.

It's always a good time going to Wok N Roll - we loooooove the cheeseburger fried rolls and the owner is awesome! Can't recommend this place enough.

The food was cold, macaroni salad was flavorless, spring rolls were mushy inside, and shrimp were fishy. Chow main was ok and sticky rice was fine. Price was $50 and not worth even finishing and/or taking the leftovers home. Very disappointed. Only one person at the shop taking orders and cooking. She didn’t seem very enthused to be there.
Amazing service!! Very very kind people :)

If you haven't eaten at their food truck or gone to RPM you truly missing out. The food is absolutely amazing! My personal favorite is the chicken teriyaki bowl. It is to die for delicious! The pork lumpia is also a personal favorite of mine. Go give it a try! You won't be disappointed!

Disappointment! They didn't have what I wanted that is listed on the menu. Tbh, the cashier just got back from break and I felt he was too lazy to make any of my request. Bleh!

Ate lunch at their shop in the new Reno Market. They were out of vegetarian spring rolls. The check-out person just deadpanned, "The computer won't let me enter it, so we're out." Didn't look or suggest an alternative, just stared at me. Nice. So, I got the pork at twice the price. Small side salad was good. The only options for a drink were a lemonade with cucumber slices. It looked like it had been there a good while, but I thought I'd give it a try — I regretted it. It tasted musty, and was tepid, though I asked for ice. A really poor quality lunch and service for $21.00.

Had it at Reno public market food was not great. It’s overpriced and I would save the money to eat somewhere better. I had the lumpia and the peanut salad. I did not like either

It was food truck Friday today this food looked different and good. I think in was one of the first customers their customer service was good, but rice was crunchy like not boiled or cooked long enough crunchy I had wait longer for my lumpia and it was still cold in the inside of it not sure what happened there and I paid around 50 dollars for everything. One thing I did like was peanut dressing on the coleslaw and the guy was nice to me.
