Had an amazing dinner at ZoZo's with my girlfriend. We got the calamari as an appetizer, Ceaser salads, the Lobster Ravioli and Bowtie Carbonara, a large glass of red wine and a chocolate martini. It was all amazing and delicious and their garlic bread is perfect! Highly recommend for a nice Italian dinner in Reno!

We eat here every time we’re in Incline Village. By far the best pizza and lasagna I’ve had in a long while. Nice cozy atmosphere and service is good. Definitely recommend checking this place out if in the area.

Good gravy Reno people cannot rate good places from others places. Started off with no glass of Moscato, paper placemat but cloth napkin, and the food-same as olive garden nothing to write home about. The hostess was too busy playing on her phone. We got no specials very little communication with her.

Kitchen table so far best in Reno.

Our waiter decided we wouldn't tip him so we dealt with the most awesome..maybe busser. I didn't get his name but was great. An Indian guy, he was amazing. The way overcooked pasta was not it

Seafood chowder is homemade and pairs perfect with the melt in your mouth garlic bread.

First time at Zozo's. Service and food were top-notch! Elise went with a special; cheesy crab manicotti with scallops, and I had the cioppino. Both were amazing. The spumoni was highly recommended by our waiter, and it too was fabulous. Will make this a regular stop.

I just want to say that Zozo’s is amazing and my family has been coming here for 10+ years. Our last experience here did not disappoint, per usual. We started with their escargot which is hands down the best in Reno. We ordered the chicken piccata and eggplant parm for our meals, they were amazing as usual. We ended with the homemade tiramisu, which is always a favorite. Our server was Cody, who was extremely helpful and is always a friendly face to us, he is by far our favorite server. We are proud to call Zozo’s a family favorite and bring all our friends here with us! Run don’t walk!

Previously a solid Italian choice and one of my favorite places to eat. Last few visits the food was less than excellent, and service was slow and spotty the last visit (although the restaurant was very busy). One of our plates had literally half a cup or more of capers, which was ridiculous. It made the dish so salty it was inedible. The parmesan eggplant was tasteless and mushy.

The area around the restaurant continues to decline, our last visit featured a homeless man who walked around the dining room asking each table for $50. The staff ushered him out after a few minutes of begging (way too long). He returned a few minutes later, shirtless. Not really their fault, but not what I expect to deal with during a fine dining experience either. No apologies from the staff either, which was a real shocker considering he was front and center at our table. Twice.

Sadly, we won't be back anytime soon after these last few mediocre visits.

Wow! First time eating here. The service was amazing. Thank you Justin for accommodating our late arrival. The music was awesome. The food was incredibly yummy. The chef added a special right before we ordered, which we had: chicken philly sandwich, with homemade chips. We also had the mushroom ravioli and the meatball sandwich. We will definitely be back.

Parking: The restaurant is in a strip mall. There is plenty of parking during the weekday.

Restaurants was very nice and the staff was amazing. We had a large party and they allowed us to stay later to accommodate. The food was perfect and out waitress was perfect. She gave amazing suggestions and was very attentive to drinks and bread refills.

If you're in town and looking for good food, take the time and visit, you will not regret it.

I'm not from the area, but I've been to zozo's twice. Once last year and then again few weeks ago. The first time was great, but this last time was pretty mediocre. We waited over an hour for our entrees and other people around us who came in after us were getting served first.

The Bruschetta bread isn't crusty at all, is soft bread that is toasted... I'm no Italian expert but if you order bruschetta, you expect crispy bread.

I ordered the chicken picatta which is one of my favorite Italian dishes, I love trying it different places, i get it at basically every Italian place i go to. It was straight up incorrect at Zozo's. Picatta is supposed to be lightly breaded, this was like fried chicken breaded. It's also supposed to have a light lemon wine sauce. This came with a sauce that looked like alfredo.

My boss ordered tortellini in alfredo sauce, it had zero flavor. The alfredo tasted like it came from a can.

They're also unable to split a check for us which was annoying as we were on business and needed separate checks. The atmosphere is also not the best for me personally. It definitely feels like eating in a strip mall.
