Just moved here Girl in pigtail on morning shift was very rude and ignored my request .. assumed I was a tourist I suppose. She should not be working in Customer Service let alone Starbucks I won't be returning to this store

They messed up one of the drinks, someone grabbed my drink and walked away with it, and they made my mom pay for something to only say they don't have it. 100% my worst experience at a starbucks. The staff were also just kind of mean except for one of them, but I don't know her name.

As a local I went in to get a Trenta or Vente iced cup of water and was willing to pay a dollar to the barista's for that. However they said that they were not allowed to give out cups like that but they can give me two grande cups so in my opinion that is more of a waste then giving me one cup of water. I've never gone into any Starbucks have them someone refuse 1 single venti or trenta cup of water to a customer unless they were out of that size. I understand if someone was asking for 10 or 20 cups but I was asking for myself just single cup of water. I didn't want to fill up two cup holders in my car by getting two grande cups that they suggested. It doesn't make sense to give two cups vs 1 cup of water. I asked for the managers email or phone number that is in charge of the license stores they told me that was not given out which I find odd considering that most Starbucks have a managers business card and a regional managers business card in the lobby for any customers to take for feedback of any kind. So I guess I will wait and see if the regional manager Angela will get back to me I left my ph# & name w/store manager Shannon. It's literally one cup of water I was asking for and I've never had a Starbucks refuse that.

My drink was good but the staff was rude and it seemed like she didn't want to be there.
We stopped by and asked if we can place a few orders right before they closed about 5 min before. They took 5 orders within that time period and although we were pushing it with many drinks right at closing, we are grateful they were able to do it in such a small window. Great staff, good location.

This Starbucks is one of my other favorite Starbucks in the South Lake Tahoe area the baristas are always kind and friendly and know how to accommodate my wife's weird concoctions but they are always attentive and always quick making drinks and keeping the line at a good pace I'm impressed with the capabilities of this shop and will continue to come here because they know how to make drinks right

I'm not too much of a Starbucks drinker because my drink is never made how i order it (I'm extra) LOL The barista (Catalina) was soooo sweet had great vibes and made the BEST frapp I've EVER had from Starbucks! I wish I lived in this area cause that would be my new spot (inside Safeway)

Meh, This one has it's own little fan club cult following even after closing. The same ones just stand around there drinking their Mint Chocolate Chip.
