Love this place. First time I went there I was riding my bike past it and a man hosing the parking lot asked me if I wanted a cookie and that was a beginning of a love affair with their brownies and lemon bars.
A very popular pick for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Limited parking spaces and limited chairs on the spot. Most people stop by for a takeaway but it was quite a long wait, at least 15mins for us. So if you are in a hurry, I would recommend you reserve some buffer time there. I really enjoyed their pastries, especially the mixed berries scone I got!

Ordered a breakfast burrito and a latte. Burrito was delicious. The pastries looked immaculate and I will definitely be back to try them. Tons of gluten free options and a loaf of gluten free bread that looked incredible.The coffee was slightly too darkly roasted for my taste, it tasted somewhat bitter. Not bad in a pinch though.
